I was very happy with this programme. From day one Ant & Ali were extremely friendly & helpful. The on line content is quite comprehensive and this certainly isn’t just a ‘box ticking’ course. It covers all aspects of the job from Anatomy and Physiology right through to Business Acumen and everything in between. The in-person workshops were informative and fun and the weekly ‘zoom call’ classes were great for helping to stay on top of the work load. I highly recommend Wellfit!

I completed the Personal Trainer course with Wellfit Training Institute recently, and honestly I don’t believe that any review I write will do justice on just how amazing my experience was. The level of professionalism you are met with is uncanny, and all while you are still made to feel like you belong in this course. The trainers running this course are really well versed on all the subjects and are ready to hop in with help whenever you need it. Overall this was a very pleasant experience and I can, without a doubt, recommend this to anyone looking to level up their life.

Anthony and Ali were excellent , super knowledgeable and made everything easy to understand. Got loads of useful tips and new ideas from it. Definitely recommend it!

It was great to complete the indoor cycling course,hyrox workshop and exercise to music with WELLFIT training institute.Great fun lots of new ideas but it was tough. Don’t think I’ll ever forget the frog squats and forever associate it with Anto and Ali.They are very professional ,motivational and I would definitely recommend them as course instructors.

Both Ali @Ant are amazing coaches , Their workshops are very informative and the content covers everything without over complicating .They explain everything in a way that is relatable to everyone, I would highly recommend them both ,they are full of passion and enthusiasm for their profession and it comes across when delivering a course .

Great spin course, very well explained and lots of great innovative workouts to include in your spin going forward.
Hyrox was a blast, great craic and super layout. This will get you set for any Hyrox competition in the future.
Even if you learn just one new thing from these courses it's well worth it

Ant and Ali were clearly both very passionate about fitness and classes. Made the courses interesting, engaging and practical. So helpful answering any questions and learned so much in such short time. Hope to get the opportunity again to have them as teachers for courses

This duo is amazing! They have incredible knowledge and they make the training days fun! (not at all easy though). They really focus on the whole experience that you should be giving your members or clients. They don't just teach fitness—they teach how to teach fitness effectively. it's clear that their approach is rooted in a deep understanding of both fitness and the art of teaching.
