I ordered 2 carts for $60 then a week after taking my money i ask where it is and they say I haven't paid my $300 subscription fee? Wtf and now there ignoring me and not refunding my money TERRIBLE SERVICE AND A SCAM

Contacted the company to explain that the vape they sold me for $85 wasn't working all the person could tell me was you should have made a complaint earlier and I made an complaint a week later. He offered no kinda help or reimbursement of any kind. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. THEY CLAIM THEY HAVE TOP SHELF BUD AND IT $90 FOR ONE EIGHTH AND ITS CRAP BUD SO Please EVERYONE STAY AWAY FROM THIS Company!!!!!!

Firstly, I ordered before they were open some time around 9 am, and within 3 minutes of opening the store rep called to explain they don’t open till 11 and would cancel the order for me. I informed him I was happy to wait and still wanted to shop with them. 2 things stuck out to me first. I’ve just moved to Jersey from California. This is the ONLY shop I have found that sells a brand I’m familiar with and at the same cost.

I understand every business is different, but the other dispensaries nearby sell low quality brands at top shelf prices. Paying upwards of 50$ for a .3g disposable is insanity.

You’ll find none of the nonsense with TWDS.
Their products are very well priced!

Onto the quality of the vapes we purchased. Backpackboyz is a new brand for me but I’m enjoying it so far.

We got a few shorties vapes (a brand I love) and they taste exactly the same. The verify me stickers on the boxes were untampered and did in fact work on every box.

The shopping portal works really well on my phone and I was able to call back and quickly confirm all my questions.

The driver arrived well within the quoted 90 minutes and was discreet, polite, and gave me a quick 1 minute history about the business and made sure I safely got back in the house before pulling off.

Moving forward we will ONLY be shopping with TWDS, is the first 5 star experience I’ve had with a dispensary since arriving in Jersey. Other dispensaries should really take notes.

Takes 10 hours to delivery ever product. Horrible customer services. Delivery got cancelled, twice, after waiting all day..without informing me.

I ordered at 8:08p and received my stuff at 12:56am. Almost 5 hours. I called twice and was told it would be there within a certain amount of time and that didn’t happen. No calls to explain the long wait. It’s really unacceptable, especially when you are not the only place to get weed. The customer service needs to improve. If I’m waiting that long, there should be some sort of discount or freebie at least. It was ridiculous. To pay a $15 delivery fee for a 5 hour wait is total BS.

Stay away from this “service”. The customer service is atrocious and the owner Kenny is unbelievably rude. My boyfriend and I used them for awhile, even a couple times a week. Never had any issue with the bud but when we bought vapes they were very obviously fake. When I emailed the owner, no response. Called, no answer. Left messages, no response. Sent multiple texts, not a single answer. I waited a few days and called again, finally got an answer with nothing but attitude from Kenny then blocked my number because he sold fake products that made me and my partner sick. Months later I saw them advertising on a Facebook group and when I commented warning people to stay away on the post, the poster Jay Dee was very quickly blocked me before being able to post my proof that they sell fake unsafe products. There’s also a hidden amount of money to be spent to be delivered, you’ll be able to place your order but will be called saying you have to spend more to get your order and there’s also a delivery fee which is ridiculously high for living within 25 miles of the location on top of being forced to spend more money if you’re wanting your order. There’s so many other delivery services out there that are legit, don’t give these people a single penny.

Never a disappointment great price service and quality

Awesome service, I had a problem with my order (added to much 😂) and they were able to adjust it and deliver it same day!

Delivery was prompt the driver was friendly and professional. I was a bit disappointed in the quality of the flower. The listing does say 2 Oz. of their choice but it does not mention that it is 2 Oz. of low grade shake. Also, the soda is delta 8. Pre rolls and edibles were good quality.

The product is good but the time management sucks . Delivery driver was very late . Waited almost an extra 45 minutes for him. His reply “my bad”.

It's second to none, quick, honest and has everything you need whether your in town at ewr for a day or live local, give them a shot. I promise you will use again. Super fast delivery on Saturday night even! Was quicker than our pizza so worked out perfect!
