thewebdesignergroup.com Recensioni

Do not trust this company, after a couple of years with them, I decided to close my account as i no longer require the website, they have now taken 2 payments in one month off myself after closing and leaving no way in which to contact them as they have closed the client area in which to open a ticket and raise the problem, very convenient, I was looking to have another website done this month for another store but now there is a lack of trust with this company I will look elsewhere for the work to be completed, so they have lost out another load of money because they wanted to take two lots of £24 wrongly, I'm now paid up until 21 march for something I don't need having giving 4 weeks notice from the 18th of this month (January) the money is being disputed through the bank with evidence.

Zak was amazing with giving in-depth knowledge on how things work and always making sure he was available to answer any questions I had. 5/5!

Scammers
Scammers. They charged me for a service, took the money and never replied to me. Currently starting court proceedings. Beware!!

When I met Zak from The Web Designer Group Cardiff, he told me what he could do to transform my business and he has delivered more than what I ever could of expected. The Web Designer Group Cardiff has gone beyond to meet the needs and requirements of my business and my turnover has almost tripled in just a short period of time. I am now expanding due to the work load that The Web Designer Group has put into this and the results are clear. Zak is the man and I would recommend this web design company to anyone who is prepared for increased business.

Really helpful, even for someone like me who isn't technical!

Towards the end of last year, I was searching for a web designer company, when I come across the web designer group and spoke with Zach. He then reassured me that he could help generate more business from my website, re-designing it doing all the necessary SEO that the site required. It is now up and running looks fantastic. Very engaging. He is now working on stage four very pleased with all the results so far
Keep it up Zach.
Kind regards,

It was a pleasure working with Zak to create a new website. He explained everything in detail which helped us to pick exactly what we needed. Our new website looks great! Looking forward to seeing the improvements in marketing over the next few weeks. 100% recommend

They are nothing but scammers. Beware of them,

Surprised how much I had to design myself if I'm honest but as soon as Wahab got personally involved everything was sorted out within a couple of weeks and always responded to any changes needed straight away. Now completely happy. Only giving a 4 because of the delays which I believe was an 'ex' member of the team. but would give Wahab a 5.

Excellent service
Zak is brilliant at offering his tailored made service for small businesses. He assessed our marketing requirements and made an excellent package for our small business cymrubeds.co.uk

Fantastic assistance for the beginner, I didn’t have a clue but was expertly taken by the hand through the process as a new small business owner. I have had loads of questions along the way and there has always been someone to answer them and I would recommend to anyone starting up.

Zac and the team have been fantastic in helping me build our new website. They have gone above and beyond on a number of occasions and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. If you want great service then use the WDG they truly are exceptional.

Wahab understands the nuances of design and programming the way Confucius had mastery of the philosophical word. His command of the technological landscape is that of an alien navigating through time as a circular concept not a linear notion. I’ve been privileged to work with a man that is brilliant and trustworthy, selfless and altruistic. He’s not just a web designer he’s an architect of the cyber kinetic ecosystem. He will make your website breathe and exist independent of the troposphere of your competition.

I am so impressed with the value for money by having my website done by The Web Designer group. I submit a website change request pretty much every other day, and they get it done. No charges, no quarrels they simply get it done. I love they fact you can request unlimited website changes!
