New wet suit purchase
I was in the market for a new wetsuit and wa ted to get it right as spending quite a bit on it. Emily went out of her way to explain all the pro and cons of the models appropriate to me. Called me back sent me and email with options and we talked sizing to try and mail this… placed my order it arrived next day , it fitted well and am really pleased with the product… would defiantly go back to them again for anything else I need.

Great Service

Ordered online, slight stock issue but dealt with fast and well by Emily, offered full refund or a slight upgrade cheaper as a sorry.
Went with the upgrade after great advice about the fit and slip prevention.

Flexible Solutions
Following a certain item being unavailable for next day the team phoned me, I was greeted by a very polite, congenial and friendly staff member called Emily, she laid out the issue and offered alternatives whilst providing guidance and in store observations aided by a colleague George (was even sent photos to avoid an internet search.) I think ultimately I ended up with a better product due to the interaction and valued the error for having the opportunity to meet them. And thus, this weekend I was able to go kiting thanks to the service. I will definitely now use their shop as a go to and wouldn’t hesitate to call them with any questions. Top people, service and product. Thanks again.

Friendly, enthusiastic bunch who helped make the experience great! Very knowledgeable and gave great advice. The learning was excellent and I really enjoyed the feeling of whizzing along on a sup with a wing! Really couldn’t have asked for more from the indoor the centre and shop. Very pleased with the great service!
