Excellent service from Alex at the watch Professional.
I had sent my Tissot watch back to Tissot and they said it was not repairable. After a short email exchange with Alex I sent him the watch and received it back in full working order with a years warranty.
Very professional service, all in the name really.

Alex has truly impressed me with his exceptional work on my watch. I accidentally damaged the movement due to an impact, but Alex skillfully explained the issue and successfully repaired it. Additionally, he took the extra step of polishing up the watch, restoring it to its original luster as if it were the day I first purchased it. Not only did he provide top-notch craftsmanship, but he also presented a cost-effective solution. I'm confident that had I opted for Breitling's direct services, the expense would have been significantly higher. Alex even gave me the choice, demonstrating his transparency and commitment to customer satisfaction. The turnaround time for this impeccable service was approximately six weeks.

I contacted the Watch Professional to have my Oris watch serviced as it was running slow, along with a case brightening as it was starting to look very tired after 12 years. It was a 5* experience from start to finish. The communication at all stages of the process was excellent and the price was very competitive. My watch is now running perfectly, and it looks and feels like new. I highly recommend Alex and I will definitely use his services again.

Simply an excellent experience; from start to finish

Alex was super helpful and tailored a service for my Omega Speedmaster to my needs. The watch was away for a couple of months, but returned in excellent condition and working perfectly. Throughout the communication with Alex was great and responsive. Would highly recommend.

I can’t recommend The Watch Professional more. Alex received my very battered 50year of Orfina Porsche Design Chronograph and has transformed it into a beautifully running timepiece.

I recently sent my Oris small seconds diver to the Watch Professional for a service. I'm ashamed to say I've had the watch for over 15 years and have never had it serviced so it was well overdue.
It's had a full service and a new balance wheel and is now running better than ever.
Very pleased with the service received from Alex. I got a no obligation quote which was very reasonable and I received regular updates and photos of the disassembled watch whilst the work was being done.
The watch was then returned well packaged.

The watch has come back looking better than I expected even managing to bring back the polished edges on each end of the brushed bracelet links!

I have a GMT Seamaster 50th Anniversary model which is around 25 years old. It's a great looking watch and lovely to wear so I am quite fond of it. The hour hand had started slipping so I needed someone that could repair it. I sent it to Alex and the diagnosis was that it had a broken hour wheel. This is common fault with the 1128 movement. I had the watch back this morning and I was amazed at how good it looks. The bracelet has brushed steel and polished steel elements and they look brand new. The case is the the same, it is immaculate. The watch has been stripped down, repaired, serviced and is running beautifully again. The crown feels precise when winding and adjusting the time. I am so impressed with the work undertaken by Alex. Communications were excellent throughout and the watch was returned in a smart little protective case. I noticed that the time had been set correctly which is reflective of the attention to detail that clearly goes into Alex's work. Absolutely superb service.

I cannot recommend Alex highly enough, although unfortunately my watch was not repairable, but the information, advice,and customer service I received was first class, If anyone is looking for a reliable watch repair don’t hesitate to use The Watch Professional.

Due to the sentimental value of my Omega Seamaster, I had to choose carefully who to entrust my watch to.
I now know I made the correct choice. Alex The Watch Professional certainly lives up to his company name. He kept me fully informed on lead times and progress. My watch was returned very well packaged and protected.

Found The Watch Professional after some online searching and noticed that Alex had previously serviced a watch with the same calibre as the one I had – an Omega Cal. 613, all documented on his personal blog.

This gave me the confidence to give him a try and I was not disappointed. Alex provided excellent communication and ongoing updates (with photos) over the 6 weeks of the service – sounds long, but he’s in demand and it was very much worth the wait as my 50-year-old watch came back beautifully serviced and ticking away nicely.

He replaced the crown, mainspring, glass and stem alongside his standard vintage Omega service (assessment, strip-down, clean, lubricate, reassemble, testing). All at a very reasonable price; less than if I’d gone direct to Omega.

If you have a watch that needs servicing, I highly recommend The Watch Professional.
