I thoroughly recommed The Villa Agency, we have used them three times now and the service is exemplary. The communication is very friendly and quick and provides all the necessary information. They don't try to sell add on extras and they refund the deposits in the promised time frame. They're my first port of call if I'm looking for a villa now.

We went to Ginnie with a list of requests and a very last minute booking. She suggested a selection of properties and gave us first hand experience of each villa. The ‘Covid’ pack and cleaning service were excellent, as was the Villa manager. The villa was extremely well equipped and very comfortable. Sao Pedro may be more rural - but the peace and quiet was perfect for what we needed and Ferragudo is just down the road with some excellent restaurants! Well done Villa Agency - a truly personalised service is quite special!

Last minute holiday to the algarve organised when the travel window was briefly opened. Excellent and responsive service from Ginnie at the villa agency. The villa was just as pictured on the website and the communication was brilliant in order to ensure everything proceeded as planned.

I have used Villa Agency for a number of years (10+), first time for about 3 years. Even at these difficult times of Covid, everything was organized with great efficiency and diligence as always. Up to date COVID 19 information, disinfectant, masks and thermometer on hand placed in Villa prior to arrival. Cleaning procedures clear. On top of everything else a prefect villa and a prefect 10 days in the Algarve. Thank you

Excellent service. We have travelled for several years with the Villa Agency, staying at various villas over the Algarve either on our own as a family of 4 or travelling with parents. Their villas are well maintained, clean, tidy and in great locations for all budgets. A particular favourite of ours is Saragoca with its fantastic views.
We had booked to travel this May but had to cancel due to covid and they have been able to move our holiday to a different villa for next year with no quibble. There is always great communication throughout the booking process and I could not fault Ginnie throughout this time. Fingers crossed that we are all able to travel next year as we are looking forward to the staying in the villa booked! Many thanks

None of us knew what would happen this year and it has been a strain on everybody but the professionalism of Ginnie & the team sorting out and amending our villa accommodation has been second to none

I cannot say enough about the customer care and service Ginnie provided us. After we found ourselves being let down by another provider with less than 72 hours notice from our date of travel, Ginnie jumped on to help us out. She is a credit to her industry, her attentive nature and communication was a pleasure to deal with. You can see these guys truly understand their customer, us as travellers and also the villa owners. Truly amazing

If only every other service provider was as helpful and accommodating as this company - not least providing accurate property descriptions - booking holidays would be a lot easier. If you have not used them before, give them a try, you will not be disappointed unless of course their many satisfied regular customers have not beaten you to the accommodation of your choice. Even then they will do their very best to find you something suitable.

During these challenging (COVID pandemic) times, how refreshing has been to communicate/work with Ginnie and The Villa Agency. Ginnie worked tirelessly to find the right solution to a cancelled booking, showing professionalism, empathy, quick response to emails and an absolute pleasure to deal with. My wife and I, and wider family, have used The Villa Agency for years, which tells its own story. We are particularly fond of the Algarve, and have had some of our best holidays there through them. The staff are friendly and efficient, and everything is well organised. We felt compelled this year, reluctantly, to postpone a week-long holiday in Olhos D’Agua booked for late September, and The Villa Agency were more than happy to help us move it to almost exactly the same week next year.

Hi, I have been using the villa agency for approx.. twenty years, so that really speaks for its self. The villas are spot on and car hire prices are quite reasonable. Any minor problems are promptly sorted. I will continue to book my holidays with them for the foreseeable future.

We like the villaagency and wouldn't go with anyone else. They are friendly and very helpful.we would like to see more smaller villas added in the countryside if possible though.
