anyway 6 hours later i’d hit the wagering requiments as i enjoy playing lower stakes 40p-£1 a spin

was expecting issues cashing out as got to £800 and then my
bonus money turned into £400 cash
a few hours later money in my bank hooray !

a few issues are finding eligible games
to actually spend your bonus credit on was a nightmare
and then after they send you more offers via email that don’t actually work
because of expired or non existent
codes even though you got the email 30 minutes ago

apart from this things are ok

come on guys up your game and sort out your bonus reward codes all of which seem to be the word VIC with a different number at the end

the Vic is my go to casino site they have a Wide range of games to choose from as well as promotions and bonuses daily.
I had a nice win last week and got to treat my family to a a day out . They also provide excellent customer service when you have a query.

In the past 7 months I have had one withdrawal of 200 pounds but I have been playing on here every other day in that same amount of time putting in around 30 pounds each time. This is a shameful site who just want maximum profit. Clearly don't play with the legal standard and our just conning people every single time. Day 2 I rang dead on 8am ...finally got to talk to a human at 8.18 . He asked me my username and said he would be right back..15 mins
Later he comes back and says he there's a technical hitch with the Manuel payments but they will call when it's fixed. Ridiculous I've contacted PayPal and I'm hoping to claw it back that way. I will certainly be reporting the casino though its the worst one I've ever come across

Worst site I've ever played. Bonuses on a quid bet on megaways paying out 3x... Never a bonus on centurion despite no payouts or reel modification on the spin. Absolute rubbish, obviously a scam site not paying legal RTP rates. I've never seen anything like it. I had the bonus on wish upon a jackpot megaways 3 times, each time under 10x win, which is absolutely ridiculous! Seriously avoid its a scam site you don't win anything and when a game looks like its going to start paying it says technical error reload and then you lose what money you have left everytime no matter what game your playing please read all reviews left on trustpilot it says it all

WARNING. Dodgy site, avoid. Numerous games bring up internal server error and kick you out every few spins. Loyalty system is an absolute con, wagered 2k, got £2 in loyalty, I then deposited £20 only to find I'm now limited to playing 5 games, but get this, it takes your real balance first! So you're stuck in the limitation of five very basic games until you spend what you deposited. If that wasn't bad enough, I'm then left on 20p in my bonus balance and when I go to wager it, it says error on all five games. So the site is purposefully trying to keep me stuck in this limitation I can't get out of. This site used to be okay but I went on a 4 month break from gambling, came on to a site that doesn't function properly and one that now uses your loyalty points to rip you off. Avoid, it'll probably lose its license soon. Also, no live chat, be careful and expect a week per reply.

Just been playing on the Vic. I deposit 200. Get some wins. Withdraw 50 and carry on playing. I get free spin feature on r riches free spins. 20 spins and then it re triggers more spins and then the screen logs off. I try to log back on and it says your account has been locked contact support! Calls no answer. Emails no answer and I sit the live chat que in position 1 for 2 hour and can't send the message! With a £50 withdraw, plus 220 on my balance and plus my feature win which was already upto £100 with 30 spins left, I'm at a good loss of 500£. Why the heck do online sites play dirty. Your quick to take my money with no issues. My accounts verified and all set up and now because I've won a little my accounts instantly locked and you can't do a thing to speak to anyone. I'll update this review if I get an answer.
UPDATE.... FRIDAY 3RD JUNE.
Got through on live chat the next day, was told to send pictures of driving licence. Utility bill. Bank card and selfie of me holding the driving licence to an email address. All been sent so will update the process. Been told my withdraw had been returned to my game account untill verified although I already was verified. They said when it's all sorted Theyll look at the features that came in. Will update further.
UPDATE FRIDAY THE 3RD.
Seny all documents in and was told the attachments wasn't there so re sent them and to my suprise my account was reopened the same day with phew hours.my feature resumed and my money was there but to lock it during play shouldn't be allowed. I have to accept it but that was my experience so far.and live chat actually was instant today and very helpful

This is the worst online casino I have ever experienced. Firstly sometimes you will deposit and it won't go in your account it will just go missing. Secondly you can never contact this casino, there live chat no one is ever there, the telephone number when you call it, it says unfortunately they have no staff because of covid contact live support who don't answer, thirdly you will never actually win it's fixed. Finally they have limited games fixed slots that don't pay and non existent staff and that's only lucky enough if your money makes it to your account. Avoid these scam artists like the plague.

I have been a victim of racial discrimination by 2 females eastern european working at the vic today this afternoon
I was playing when the doorman approached me telling I have to leave as the management doesn't want to see me in this casino without any reason for me to understand why I have to leave!

I deposited 20 on my account and my account was suspended immediately so I wasn't able to play it I've been in touch 3 times now for a refund and all I get told is someone will be in touch but no one ever does. Terrible customer service not happy at all
