Absolutely incredible customer service and online store. Bought some Calmex as we needed to travel 5 hours to our new home with cats in the car. I messaged them asking if could possibly be sent quickly and it was sent that same day. Not only that but this amazing company, The Vet Superstore included webbox licks for free, which by the way my cats loved and didn't even notice the Calmex Sedative was added to it. It worked very well. The customer service truly is above and beyond!

Amazing service. Next day delivery. Has the feel of a family run business that doesn’t treat you like a number. Talking of treats, we only ordered something relatively small. Had a letter with my order along with a free bag of dog treats (free of charge) as Nicola is an animal lover. The email exchanges I’ve had are also very human and makes an incredible difference. I think retail business has changed so much that when you get great service it really stands out and is now unusual. I cannot thank Vet Superstore enough for the support, kindness and excellent service they provided during a very difficult time in my life.

Following a separation, I have found myself financially destabilised and solely responsible for what were once our family pets – two 13-year-old Labrador brothers, Burt and Ernie. As any pet owner will understand, they are far more than dogs; they are family members, adopted children, and companions who have shared every chapter of our lives.

Ernie has suffered with problems in his front paws for years, and it is heartbreaking to watch him struggle to walk. Burt has recently begun suffering with weakness in his back legs and incontinence. Due to financial constraints, I have had to stop both their Librela injections and their YuMOVE 360 Advance (now Max Strength) supplements while trying to find more affordable ways to manage their pain and mobility.

Vet Superstore not only offered excellent pricing on the YuMOVE products, but the level of customer service was truly outstanding. Nicola, who assisted me via online chat, was patient, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. I particularly appreciated the time taken to explain the recent product rebranding, which reassured me that I was purchasing a genuine product. When a supplement forms part of an important pain-management plan for an elderly dog, that reassurance means a great deal.

The products arrived promptly and were packaged with care. At a time when every penny matters and my dogs’ wellbeing is my greatest concern, Vet Superstore made the process straightforward and stress-free.

Nicola from the Vet superstore has been incredible ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, I enquired about how much stock they had of a prescription diet for my cat as it’s the only food she can tolerate and Nicola went above and beyond to ensure I could still get hold of some , the company also refunded me when I paid too much for shipping by accident. This company have been more reliable than my own vet ! 🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾

Their prices for the medication I ordered for my dog was the cheapest I found online and it saved me £100 instead of getting it directly from my vet!
