Good design & delivery, relatively poor assembly and construction quality.
While the Design and delivery was good, the assembly process/instructions were quite poorly thought out unfortunately and quite a few things on the desk are misaligned (ie: drawer doors).
It is a shame as the design is very neat but if one is to look closely, it would notice that the construction quality is not as good as it should be.

Simple order process. Furniture had to be built up. Tried to do it myself but needed another pair of hands. All in all I got a beautiful piece of furniture that looks way more expensive than I paid. Plus I got it in the sale so win win all round.

Excellent customer service. Had an issue with a desk I had ordered for my son’s bedroom. A key part was damaged, probably via delivery. The team quickly resolved the issue. I would recommend Urban Mill and I will buy from them again. The desk is also very good value for money. Sturdy and made from good quality materials.
