I ordered a dress on November 29 and paid in full. The item was advertised as in stock and ready to ship.

I have emailed the company three times, and also tried contacting them through social media, requesting an update, but have received no response. As of January 30, I still have not received the dress and have had no communication from the company.

This has been a very frustrating experience and reflects extremely poor customer service. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

I ordered the prototype v8 on April 10, and it’s now June. I’ve received nothing, and have tried to contact the company many times over email, their website and social media. No response at all.

I have appreciated the purchases of many Undress versions, however the last version was not built in the general sizing that has worked very well for every dress purchased in the past. The new Undress Prototype Version 8, ordered in December, delivered in March, was a completely different structure and immediately after receipt of the dress, I requested a return & full refund. All I have had since then are messages saying they will get to me when they can. Completely unacceptable after all of the dresses I have ordered going back to the first version on Kickstarter. My last contact was April 13!
