I found this company through a comparison website and it was the first time I was Booking with them. I was skeptical at first and cautious, however after speaking with Ahmed he swiftly reassured me with his professional manner and clear guidance on the booking process.. he also provided a schedule of the booking via email to ease my mind before I booked and after paying my deposit and providing my credit card details for the balance, I was provided with my e- ticket and receipt within 24 hours. I am already recommending him and company to my family as they also need to book.

Most Importantly the agent who assisted me was highly knowledgeable and friendly, and he worked diligently to find the right flight according to our budget. Found the language barrier very difficult to deal with so I’m not sure whether to blame that. Felt we didn’t get the best price and I wish I’d left it and not booked. Tickets I booked were £300 cheaper 18 hours later, even direct from airline. I understand price fluctuates, but I’m not sure I believe it does to this extent. Then again I’m not sure how the agents get paid either and maybe that’s where some of the difference lies. Not booked flights only before. Wish I had confidence in it, but I don’t.

Mr Syan and Harris making fool to the innocent people, and getting Credit card details. They are getting all personal information and after that they will refuse to book your ticket. So be aware please all who's using this website. They are scammer as after getting your card detail, they will sell out to another party. They do not have any information regarding the flight procedure. Be aware Be Aware Please.

Avoid this company!!! They will give you a low quote online where you would need to put in your card details. They will phone you later to say that was promo fare and now it has gone up in prices!! They will even try to charge you cancellation fees for something you haven't agreed to in the first place. Dodgy company, stay away from them!!!

In the current high inflation situation in every sectors, O'Niel managed to book my flight in amazing reasonable price! Great customer service! Thank you.
