Intial intake support was good after that no follow-up until today.
The intake was good but after that no response to my calls and no follow-up with my brothers doctor or his AA sponsor or me. He is drinking again.

TTC saved my son
Our son was spiraling out of control. On the verge of Looking back, I am so disappointed that none of his therapists said to try detox and a treatment center. I had even spoken with a case manager at our health plan. I found TTC on my own and got my son to agree to go. The staff at TTC were so helpful every step of the way. TTC helped him find himself and give him the confidence to be sober. It has changed our lives- we can now sleep at night.

I am beyond happy and gratefull that my daughter has 5 months clean since completing a 35 day program and continued with IOP and is successfully living a sober life thank you TTC for retoring my hope

Very courteous and helpful in every way!
I was amazed how wonderful everyone was when ever contracted, If I had a question about anything they were very kind and up front! Thank you for taking such good care of my daughter and bringing home the girl I remember!

inpatient tx was good- the discharge planning was unsafe and very poor
being a RN case manager myself- the discharge planning was a horrible unsafe cluster- I was very close to calling ACAH- the people responsible for placement were unavailable and incompetent - did not return calls-placed my family member in a very unsafe environment- discharge placement in addiction medicine is primary for any real lasting change and this was certainly not reflected in the manner this discharge was completed- very unsatisfactory

The Treatment Center changed our lives.
The staff at The Treatment Center were amazing and so helpful. They kept me informed of the problems and the progress through phone calls and emails. This program saved my son. I will be forever grateful to everyone that played a part in his recovery.

Second chance
Great place for a fresh start. The tools and attention they gave my son , he was able to use long after the treatment center. The facility is very clean progressional and safe.The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I can't thank them enough for having give my son a second chance out of life and his further to come.

The Best Decision I've Made in My Life
When I arrived at TTC I was lost, broken, shamed, and felt as if I was a complete failure. With the help from Bill Russell and the TTC staff I felt understood. I felt comfortable. They gave me the tools to succeed. And live a happy, healthy lifestyle. I went through the IOP program and it helped me further my focus. I've never felt afraid to say how I truely feel. And to process those feelings. It's hard work but that's apart of life. Sometimes you have to accept defeat. I've always felt welcomed with open arms. It's an amazing expierence. I would recommend The Treatment Center to anyone struggling. Thanks again for saving my life. You guys are family to me.
