Made a mistake on my order, emailed the company within the timeframe in their policy in order to adjust to the correct size (to match the other tshirts on the order), no reply. Took another 2 emails to get a reply and they didn't want to know.
Order was really slow to arrive, 13 days from order
Poor customer service
Will never use them again

Item arrived in a decent timeframe however the shirt looks nothing like the images, images used have a boxy, dropped shoulder fit - the real thing is just your standard chinese made t-shirt. They also say "All of our items feature a boxy, oversized fit, designed to give you that relaxed, effortlessly stylish look. We recommend selecting your true-to-size for the perfect balance of comfort and shape." which doesn't help, as this just isn't true

Received notification that my order shipped but when I clicked the link, there was no shipping info available. Emailed twice and reached out on instagram with no response. I’ll probably never receive my order (which was a Christmas present, so that’s cool). I disputed the charge with my bank. I guess I should’ve looked into reviews… don’t get tricked by the IG ads like me!

Nice quality, thick cotton and the print seems fine. The delivery was a reasonable time of waiting.

Contacting them twice via email regarding my order never had a reply. My order eventually turned up weeks later. T-shirts are okay at Best…

The quality of the merch is SO poor. The printing that you see on the website does not match the print quality get in person and they literally ignore emails. I’ve sent multiple emails and been ignored

Ordered two sweatshirts in june. it is now almost october. never got my order, they are not responding. very very frustrated about the lost of a lot of money

I ordered a t-shirt the 9th of August and it never arrived, they are scammers.

Extremely poor quality t-shirt. Neckline is something of a £3 primark t-shirt. Although the photo of the T-shirt marketed on the website is far from the t-shirt you receive. I ordered a medium which is typically a 38 inch chest. It was super tight & elasticated.

Once again it is marketed as premium cotton, could not be further from the truth.

Hopefully you’ve come to Trust Pilot before buying cause unfortunately I did not. To now see similar experiences to myself.

I did not realise that there was a no refund option, as it’s not really shown on website when buying. Only in a separate tab, you expect to be able to return anything you buy if unused/worn & it not being upto satisfactory.

They did offer 50% off next purchase, but I’d be buying something that is not actually on their website.

Rubbish. Ordered an XL and still too tight. Print quality is poor as is the t shirt itself. Website says it doesn’t do refunds because it’s a “small business”

Tshirt quality is rubbish.
I ordered a large and it’s extremely tight compared to over Large sized tshirt.
£28 for a £5 tshirt which is a size to small

Like others, I wish I’d read the reviews before purchasing. Cheap quality t-shirts. Mine had a mark on the front from the print. Massively undersized, an XL is like medium to large. Emailed the company with no reply. Avoid and save your money.

My mistake for not checking website reviews before ordering. The quality of the t shirt is extremely cheap, thin and badly printed. I ordered an XL for an oversized fit but it is more a medium/large. Additionally it took about 2 weeks to be delivered. I would attempt a refund but I do not think it worth the hassle as others have said communication from the website is non existent. Please do not order from this site.

Very low quality shirts, too expensive for what it is. Also the shirts are not true sized, I am an XL, but these turn out to be L

the printing quality is nothing special, hoodie feels pretty good but not worth the price, size a little small. Made and shipped from China. They do not answer emails so don't even try to contact them. Do i regret it ? yes and no. Will not be buying again.

I placed an order for two t-shirts that were never shipped. I have emailed three times with no response and have even resorted to messaging on instagram. There was no notification that the items were pre-orders, nor was there any indication that there would be delayed shipping.
Either a scam or just a terrible company.

I received my shirts here in the usa. Was a bit nervous because there are not many reviews, so let me leave this for others. The shirts are way smaller than they should be (XL fits like a Medium). The printing is not crisp as the images show, clearly they pull images from the internet and blow them up on the printing. The shirts themselves feel cheap, like really cheap. Would not recommend especially for the price point

Bought a shirt a good few weeks ago. No delivery emailed a bunch asking no reply clear scam site of course. Shouldve guessed if you are thinking of buying from here dont buy they are a scam

I was indeed sceptical, the jumpers are cheap price wise but seemingly well constructed, design as advertised.
I would definitely buy again.
