Warehouse error and slow customer service…
The company sent a couple of wrong products (warehouse mispick probably). Messaged straight away to request how to resolve the issue. Sent the proof of incorrectly delivered product. They have since ignored me for almost a week. Price and delivery were top notch, customer service leaves something to be desired!

The customer emailed us @ 20:01 on Saturday 18th July about the items they had received.
We replied back to them @ 22:16 on Sunday 19th July requesting some details, but we never heard back from them. We therefore did not ignore them!
We have emailed the customer again just now requesting the same details as last time.

Customer service is excellent
Although we never received the parcel, the communication from The Towel Shop was very supportive. It was Evri that was at fault and the parcel was delivered back to them eventually and I was issued with a refund. I understand that they are no longer using Evri and are using DPD.
