Customer service amazing
I chose to order two large Plum outdoor play items from The Tot. Based on previous reviews of the items on other websites, I knew there could be the potential for some missing parts. Indeed, I had one missing part. When I emailed about the missing part, I received a reply & action was taken to solve the problem. Even when it was not their fault, they were kind & tried to make things right. And not just once, but three times! This company sales beautiful & wonderful products, but the customer service is beyond amazing.

Drawers do not pull out enough!
The dresser from Tot we got is beautiful! But the drawers do not pull out only half way out. It is kind of annoying to access items at the back part of the drawers.

Your customer support was excellent. They communicated well throughout the process and then handled the situation appropriately. I was happy that they understood I paid for something that I did not receive and it was replaced in a fairly timely manner.

I don’t think this company is legit, I ordered the babyletto dresser which was supposed to
Be delivered on July 3rd and it’s currently July 20th, the delivery company has no idea where it is. I called The Tot and left voicemails and I still haven’t heard back. Please avoid this company, I wish I listened to the reviews.

Great product
Great product. Very happy..
I bought the stool for a friend's child. Very nicely made, durable. Reason for 4 star is... the inside where the letters go was sharp at some spots. I sanded them down with very fine sandpaper and it was much better. Yes would buy again though.

The Bombol Booster Seat is amazing!
The Bombol Booster Seat is amazing! Lightweight, portable, and great for home use as well. I feel so much better eating out with my daughter when she is seated in the Bombol’s 5-point harness, strapped into a stable chair, than the restaurant high chairs that basically have a 2-point harness.
The only downside to the highchair is that I do not believe it would be appropriate for baby that has just learned to sit up, or a smaller baby. The straps were a bit big at first, and my daughter initially tilted to the side when she sat in the chair. Now, at 10 months, she fits well.

The item i paid for I was told was no longer in stock… so last minute I had to find any other gift and it took awhile to get my money back for the item. Why are you selling items you don’t even have?

Sometimes vendors run out of stock unexpectedly. As soon as we are notified by the vendor that they are out of stock we update our website to reflect that as well as notify any customers whose orders may have been affected. While we never want to have to tell a customer an item they paid for is out of stock it does happen occasionally and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience it causes!
