Ordered a basket Dec 3 to be delivered the week of Dec 21-24. The basket was never delivered, no notice of the basket being late or delayed. Couldn’t get in touch with the company until Dec 28. They looked up the order and said they had been “overwhelmed” and didn’t get it finished. I assume they lost the order. Their incentive for messing up a Christmas gift, was to give us free express shipping, when they were already 4 days overdue. We ended up cancelling the order and found something else.
Customer service is worse than poor and delivery is non existent. Would never use or recommend this company.

What a bad experience. As if there is not enough stress in the world but to have to deal with people like this.
Mom has not received order, today is Dec 23rd.
I ordered the basket on Dec 15th. I paid for 3 day express delivery.When calling to inquire, I was prompted to press 2 for order inquiry, they answer and hang up on you or do not answer at all.
I decided to press 1 which was for placing a new order, only to have someone answer and when I asked about my order, she hung up on me I emailed my inquiry to them, no response.I wish I would have read the reviews on this company first as I would have never ordered from them. Their reviews are full of the same story as mine. I have disputed my order with Mastercard and I refuse to pay these people for something I did not receive, when I was supposed to have it for Xmas
I am going to write a review on Facebook, Twitter, and every site I can find to ensure people know what their getting into.
Hopefully they go out of business. Their good reviews are all bogus and I imagine they wrote them . Also they have not responded to any of their reviews in over 12 months

I ordered a basket with smoked salmon, crab and smoke salmon spead. The basket that my sister received didn't haver any of it!!! I paid 328$ for a basket that had only fruits, a few cheese and a lot of crackers!!!

I ordered an Easter basket for my daughter in Vancouver on the 4th April to be delivered before Easter. It wasn’t delivered and when I got in touch I was told I would have to pay an extra $30 because they are based in Montreal. I read on the site that there was a free delivery, same day service to Vancouver which was obviously misleading. Eventually I got an email saying it would be delivered on Easter Monday. No delivery. Got in touch again but no reply. I asked for a refund since it was taking so long, no reply. Then got an email from UPS to say the delivery would be on the 20th, then another saying the 21st! Now another to say it will be delivered tomorrow. Needless to say I’m very disappointed at their lack of customer service and wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. So far I’ve still had no replies.

We chose a special basket for our son for Easter. Took special care to pick the correct one which would have the things closest to what he normally gets with us as he is not with us this year. The basket sent was not anywhere close to what we ordered. The actual basket was more of a dollar store basket pink intead of a metal coloured blue bucket as chosen for a boy. The contents were not as high end at all.
No fake flowers, or chicks, no solid Easter bunny (which is a traditional thing for our family), the basket we chose had 2 included. All around so very disappointed with this purchase. We need to be able to trust online companies and this was a step back and makes us perk up again that there are places who sell things "not as pictured". Buyer beware folks.

If you live in the US and want to send a Valentine or gift basket to Montreal, the The Sweet Basket Company is the perfect way to do it! You can either order online or talk to a company representative. The customer service is excellent, and the Godiva chocolate truffles are delicious. What more can you ask for? I highly recommend this company.

Used this company a number of times, and always been happy with them. Most recently ordered a basket while vacationing in Florida for friends in Montreal, and they received our gift basket on time and couldn't stop raving about it.

Terrible customer service, attitude on the phone , they treat you not like a customer. They don't take responsibility when gifts are delayed vy the shipping company, saying we shipped it out, not our issue what happens after...

Did this business via google , contact them on 10/21-2013 through their mail , an auto message that I will be contacted within 24 hours, this did not happen I will contact them again on 10/23-2013 through other mail ( found on their website) that they return with an excuse that they have problems with their mail server, and sorry for the long response time.
I ask if they can deliver a gift basket on 10-26-2013 , this is NOT a problem , however, this costs $ 43.99 CAD, the offer to supply it for free but this could only be Friday since Saturday delivery costs the aforementioned $ 43.99 CAD . This I choose to do because it was important for my in-laws that just came Saturday when it was beneficiary's 70th birthday . This assures ( Megan who was the one that I had correspondence by mail, so ALL can be documented )
I receive so today on 10/26-2013 an email from conveyor purolator.com to delivery will take place on Monday 10/28-2013 , this I find COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE when I was promised delivery on 10/26-2013 and paid $ 43.99 CAD and has now had to contact the recipient of the gift they now have to find someone who can receive the gift as they are away on Monday 10/28-2013

I can NOT recommend using this rogue Company, because they don´t take overseas customers seriously(i´m from Denmark)
