Initial mirror arrived in a million pieces. Contacted customer services and it was collected promptly and a new one delivered the next day. Very impressed with the speed and service from customer services.

Very good quality mirror and frame. It states on the website that it is a leaning floor mirror. It has the safety lock plate for leaning position but also it has fixing anchors to hang the mirror (instructions for both installations included) which is how we installed our mirror.
Very happy with the mirror especially as we got it in the sale. This is our second item from Stylehaus

Easy to use website. I ordered a large mirrored cabinet which arrived on time. It was well packed and arrived without any damage despite some obvious knocks to the packaging.

Nice product but a long delay in delivery.

If I could give this company six stars I would. Firstly their product is fantastic. Recent bathroom renovation and the arch mirror cabinet 860 x 760 in satin brass was the perfect size and dimension and looks amazing. On site, once we received it, we added a charging / shaver socket inside the cabinet and also an internal light. The cabinet was really easy to work with and we fitted it into a newly built stud wall. However the reason for the six stars is that their customer service is second to none. I panicked about having mixed metals and ordered a second frameless cabinet - the company were happy to accept a return of either cabinet even though I had bought the first cabinet outside of the 30 days return window. (I ended up keeping the original satin brass version I had ordered, looks great even with the polished nickel on wall lights and taps). Then on site because we added internal parts to the cabinet we managed to lose the glass shelf supplied with it. I tried living with it without the shelf and then eventually asked the company if I could purchase a spare. They sent me a shelf within the week for no additional cost. I'm so happy with the cabinet, the size is great and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company wholeheartedly for being so customer focussed. Special thanks to Michelle in the Customer Service Team who dealt so promptly and kindly with all my queries. Also thanks to Shaun (i think) from the distribution centre in Liverpool who called me specifically about the delivery.

The mirror I ordered is absolutely gorgeous in my bathroom and the quality for the price paid is fantastic. I am so pleased with it.

I bought a recessed mirror cabinet from The Style Haus, but it wasn't until my bathroom was about to be fitted that our fitters pointed out that it was too deep for the wall, so, unfortunately, I couldn't use it. They took it back even though I'd had it for two months and gave me a full refund.
I'd recommend them on this interaction alone, but aside from that I was pleased with the mirror and would have kept it had it worked for us.
