I had to give a star so write review otherwise would be a zero DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY Bought 3 guns on 8 March I still have not got them 4 months later I just get same email re plain we are trying to locate your order and when asked after 3 months for a refund surprise surprise I have not had that either this is a fraud money stealing company you will waste your money will not get your order or refund

Terrible company. Sold me a defective stress shot and when I tried declaring it to customer service they kept telling me that they would look at my inquiry but never did, then they ignored my emails and are dodging responsibility.

Pathetic excuse of a company with shitty items they bought off of Aliexpress for a fraction of what they’re reselling them for. If you are able, never purchase anything from these guys ever.

Not even worth 1 star. I have ordered previously, however, the most recent which was in April has still not arrived. No tracking. No updates and the same generic respi ses from stress shot 'customer services'. I then received a reply addressed to someone else and since I have asked for a refund 3 weeks ago they have ignored me. Complete scam artists who have stolen money off of many many customers with no goods being received.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! My son used his birthday money to get a stress shot that we ordered 3 months ago. Keep getting false tracking numbers and the same customer support text, when I complain. We trusted this since my son's friend had ordered from them and gotten his product. I have asked them to returned the money and cancel the order, but no reply. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!

My 10 year old used his birthday money to order a toy from this company. I was sent a bogus tracking link. Communication is repetitive when I try to track it down. Same cut and paste response and no action. Do not order!

DO NOT ORDER, this is 100% a scam, ordered one back in March, no tracking number, no tracking on the website, and customer service will just palm you off over and over again, they have no intention of sending your order, so do not part with your money! Scammers!

Fraud. Item never arrived, AI chatbot wont dont anything when I email. SCAM, avoid.

Terrible company. Waited for my product for months, terrible customer service who were no help and kept delaying. I never received my product and they have not refunded me. They said they would put me in touch with a supervisor but never happened. Stole my money.

absolutely no sign of the package being dispatched, despite it approaching two months ago that the order was made. it's nothing short of a scam and i implore anyone considering buying this product from this company to consider instead going to amazon, from which you can get the same product with next day delivery.

I had previously ordered 3 guns on separate occasions from stress shot. The first one was received pretty quick but then the deliveries became longer and longer. I ordered a 4th gun that hasn't arrived after 3 months. The replies are pretty much the same as other reviews here. Not sure if this company has changed hands but I do now believe this is a scam company and I would avoid in future.

Ordered 3 months and still no shipping details. Customer service give me the same script everytime I make contact. Avoid like the plague!

Ordered one time, no problem. Ordered a second time, big mistake. It's now been 9 weeks and the order has not even changed from "ordered" to "shipped". I've been in contact with customer support several times, begging them for a tracking number. They are unable to produce a tracking number, probably since they haven't and are not planning to ship the order.
I've begged for my money back but that's not happening either since they claim the order has been processed. Such utter bullshit. I'm very disappointed.

This is freud! Several months since i placed the order. Just keep promising on email, but nothing happens. Stay away!!!

Order never arrived (now almost 6 months since order) and they just get keep "batting-back" in emails. I have at least 8 emails from them saying they have escalated the order and will revert, and I have never heard from them. They are a scam, I would give zero stars if it was an option

I placed an order almost 3 months ago and they have just repeatedly emailed me saying its stuck in customs, I asked for a tracking number but they just gave me a useless order number. I ordered on march 22nd and today is may 30th and its been the same email replys over and over.

Over 2 months, nothing. Wish I’d found these reviews before ordering. Found the same thing on Amazon, cheaper, and it turned up the next day!

Yes, I ordered a toy gun for my son on stress shot through Shopify or shop app on February 15th 2025. It never got here. It was not until it had been over three months that it didn’t arrive until my bank ended up giving me my money back. I waited 2 months before complaining to my bank about it. Stress sho refused to give me a refund. Beware don’t order from these crooks. They kept making up excuse after excuse and then when they realized that I made a chargeback request with my bank, they asked me why I did that when I haven’t even received the my order yet. Well, duh, they just answered their own question. Because it never arrived!!! Eventually about a month later (this month on May 20th) my bank like I said, gave me the money back. So I just got the money back like last week so it had literally been over three months since I placed that order before I got my money back. I kept asking stress shot for my money back and they wouldn’t give it to me.

Ik heb 2 stress shots besteld en ik heb ze nog steeds niet ontvangen, de tracker zegt over 92 dagen!
De tracking link naar PostNL zegt "The Item is at the shippers warehouse" maar het beste is de datum en tijd "20-02-2025 10:06" WAAR IS MIJN STRESS SHOT!

3x de klanten service een mail gestuurd en 2x krijg ik te horen dat pakketten tegen worden gehouden en bedankt voor je geduld. MIJN GEDULD IS OP, ik heb zojuist de 3e verstuurd, maar ik ben er klaar mee.
