My experience was good. I forget the ladys name, yet I do remember the walk through of a similar sized unit and the fast and easy paperwork process.

The harden store is amazing. The two ladies are extremely nice, caring and helpful. Wouldn’t have come back if it wasn’t for the two ladies upfront.

No carts/dollies available
there were literally no carts available to me to move my things from the entrance to the second floor. Everything had to be carried by hand. They need to have carts at every entrance especially for elderly people who store their valuables there.
