Pleased
We met Paul during our first visit, and he made us feel comfortable (great sense of humor). He showed us around and explained the process of using the facility. He answered all our questions and we came back a few weeks later to complete the process.
The facility is clean and well-lit, and seems safe and secure!

Customer Service
The assistant, Rene, was very helpful and informative. She answered any question I had and also any other questions I would have had. She broke everything down for payment and insurance wise. Thank you for the help Rene.

My mom was one of your previous tenants and she told me you treated her with kindness and we’re very friendly and I was able to do everything but from my phone and they called and asked me if I had any questions and I think that’s great
