Waiting for refund. No response from them. Impossible to get your money back from these. I’ve had to resort to requesting a chargeback which will take up to 2 months to get my money back now. Will never ever shop here again.

They take ages to process orders
Reluctantly giving 1 star as I can’t give them 0 stars.
First order, brilliant, arrived within 48 hours of pressing the Pay button.
Second order, absolute disaster! I paid on Monday and here we are on Saturday just to find out that they didn’t even process my order until I had to prompt them on the Thursday!!
I still haven’t got them.
Also I have been told replacements are ‘coming’. They haven’t processed those either.
Waste of a full week.
On top of that, they don’t reply to your replies, you have to send a brand new email for each query you have otherwise they won’t communicate with you.
Will not be buying here again. Go to a proper sports shop people, where you can walk out with your purchase in real time.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

PARCEL NOT DELIVERED
***The EVRI driver delivered to a neighbour round the corner. I had to go to their house and get it from them The Sports Edit customer service were great, and did their best to resolve the matter***
I received an email on a Sunday to say my order was on its way. I then got an email from EVRI to say it had been delivered, which it hadn't. EVRI doesn't recognise the tracking number provided and the link from The Sports Edit '404 can't be found' I've spent a very frustrating afternoon trying to track this parcel. Nornaly EVRI take a photograph at the door when a parcel is delivered. Because the tracking number doesn't work there is no proof of delivery. Phoned EVRI, they can't help. No phone number for The Sports Edit. I filled in the online form on their website. I sincerely hope I hear from them soon

I’ve used this company a few times now and they’ve been great. Fast shipping.
Yesterday I had an issue where I noticed the shipping address had gone through incorrectly on my order. It was evening and I dropped them an email, not expecting any response until at least today. I was wrong - they answered within minutes and sorted everything out for me. Jasmine was extremely helpful and it’s very refreshing to actually receive good customer service these days! I will be using them a lot more going forward, especially as I love ordering gym wear!

It this real?
I ordered an item which never delivered to me. I am teying to contact the customer service but I can't find number.
I filled an online form twice from the website to get update about my order, no response. I found an email address and sent an email, no response. It's been weeks, but no joy of getting my parcel, getting response or refund😔

Superb customer service
Superb customer service - My return order of trainers was lost (my fault, I used an Amazon return QR code instead of The Sports Edit), I was helped by Waqar who could not have been more understanding and professional and helpful. Amazon returned the trainers to TSEdit and I was immediately refunded. Very happy!

Good customer service
Got a good deal on a pair of trainers from The Sprts Edit, but delivery was slow as Evri lost them which was frustrating. Sofia from customer services was very responsive and arranged a replacement order Friday and my shoes arrived on the Monday. Thank you Sofia; great job.

I requested a full refund because the size was UK size, not USA size and I was charged a fee for shipping both coming and going. Full disclosure would have avoided all of this. I will never do business with this company again.

Do not buy from these they are the worst wore trainers 4 times and they tell me it's the style and won't do anything well I'm contacting trading standards and my card issuer horrible customer service they will come back and tell me it's a retro look the trainers have been worn 4 times and fell apart I even spoke with Nike who told me that's not the look I raised this months ago I didn't wait 8 months so don't lie and make it out like we didn't come to you months ago I am now contacting trading standards

Dear Natalie, we're really sorry to hear this. Following a thorough review, we can confirm that your trainers are not experiencing a fault. The style features a retro finish, and after around 8 months of wear, some signs of use are to be expected.
Our assessment found that the trainers remain in good condition and are fully fit for purpose, so there is nothing to be concerned about. As such, we stand by our decision and are unable to offer any further assistance regarding this matter.
However, if you do experience or suspect a genuine manufacturing defect with the trainers in any way, we will of course be here to assist you with your concerns.
