Loved seeing the wizard of Oz

Loved seeing the wizard of Oz! Apples fall, monkeys fly, the seats vibrate. We hope to go again to see some sort of planet earth movie. The bad: we taxied in and out. The roadway in was about a mile from our casino and took about 20 minutes. When leaving the line to get a taxi was l-o-n-g. We were there while they were building the Formula 1 track so hope that was part of the traffic problem. Honorable mention: bathrooms! No lines for the women’s bathroom!

Food poisoning, poor management, useless movie

Ruined my holiday. The outside is worth seeing but don’t go in. Poor management on site took 30 minutes to get me a ticket after Ticketmaster could not provide, I had paid two hours previously. So I was 20 minutes late. The actual show could be amazing, but the content is poor, there are 15 minutes worth seeing, I think the tickets should be valued at $40. And then I had food poisoning for two days from the uncooked hamburger, so I missed seeing the Grand Canyon, $300 tour forfeited. The poor management eventually got back to me and offered me $20 compensation! I told them it was a joke!

Total Ripoff

Total Ripoff. You are signing up for an Imax movie at six times the price. The icing on the cake was that the movie is suggesting that we colonize other planets because our planet is messed up. So dumb. And they spam you to death after the have your email address.

Guest Relations is a Joke

I went to see Dead and Co. 6/14 and 6/15. I left my phone in the cup holder at my seat by accident. Once I realized it was lost I put a message on screen with a number to call. Security found the phone, called my wife to let them know they had it and gave her the guest Relations phone #. Since that day 3 weeks ago I've called 5 times, spent over 4 hours on the phone and still don't have my phone which was logged into the Lost found and I was told it was there. That's as far as I got. They keep saying they will call me to set up arrangements to send it back , but they never do. At this point it's considered stolen by guest Relations and that's how I will be handling it from this point. Why have a lost and found if you never plan on returning the items to their rightful owners.

Tickets for the Sphere were expensive

Tickets for the Sphere were expensive. Granted, I made a mistake by purchasing through Vegas.com as I discovered that tickets are better purchased through the venue. The charge for parking at the Sphere was $49.50!! It was a very disorganized evening. There was no signage outside the theater to assist people in determining which line they should join. People who wished to purchase tickets ended up waiting in the line comprised of those who already had tickets. The show is advertised as lasting 2 hours but the first hour is spent wandering around inside the Sphere with hundreds of others. The only activities offered were purchasing food or drink and observing a few robots. There were so many people crowded around each robot that one could not get close enough to interact with one. The second hour was the only pleasurable part of the experience which included surround viewing inside the sphere. The stairs and seats are at an angle inside the sphere making it difficult for us old folks to maneuver safely. I would not recommend this experience as it resulted in little for the money. Viewing the outside of the sphere for free was the best part.
