One star is too much. Another “UK” company that is actually Chinese. Avoid. Covers are cheap and you have to spend a fortune to send back, which is another trick of these Chinese companies. Disgusting scam.

I wish I had checked here first but was taken in by this seemingly UK company. As others have said, the throw I ordered was hard and thin, not the soft blanket I wanted and returns, you only discover after emailing them (which contravenes UK trading standards) are to China, or they will give you 50% discount off another item so you have to spend more money with them. Also you cannot leave a review on their website to warn others. Total scam

Very poor quality. The cover does not really fit and looks cheap. I think it will vecruibed after the first wash. Why didn't see these reviews before? Would never have bought. Wasted my money. Customer care takes a week to respond if you have an issue. I ordered a second cover as I wanted the chair to match the sofa. The delivery company left it in a place that has a sign 'do not leave here'. Consequently the parcel was stolen. The sofa cover company says they can't help as I did not take out protection. Rubbish company.

Completely terrible experience! No response to my refund emails. Extremely disappointed. I ordered a seat dark green velvet cover, and the material is cheap, falling apart, and completely unacceptable.

This company is being investigated for fraud- do not order anything from them. They will either send substandard products, refuse returns or not send anything at all, refuse refunds and cease communications.

Ships from China NOT UK. I wish I’d checked here first. Arrived damaged but they won’t help. Said as it’s been over 48 hrs since it arrived they’re not interested. If I pay to return it I won’t even be guaranteed a refund. What kind of company is this?! They’re too expensive to not have proper support and refund options. The colour is a LOT darker than ordered too. And poor quality. Really upset about this.

Similar to others, I was unaware that the site ships from China. Took longer than stated to arrive, colour is different to online and it's too small for my sofa. Avoid.

Scam - ordered and never heard from them again. The WhatsApp on their website is even fake. Email just sends an automated reply. Avoid at all costs !

I ordered an orange throw for my sofa. What turned up was a bright yellow throw, of very poor quality.

As others have mentioned, it's a UK site, but ship from China, so it's already misleading.

I requested to return for a refund since they sent me the wrong colour. They said the only options are to return at my cost, to their warehouse in China, or they'll give me a 50% off voucher and I can order the correct item.

I did already order the correct item, it's them who sent the wrong one, and now are refusing to cover return postage. I'm left with trying to claim the £45 back from my bank, which may or may not be successful.

Absolutely furious, I'd give them zero stars if I could.

These covers are a very poor fit for both the 2-seat and 3-seat ikea landskrona sofas. They would need a few hours with a sewing machine to get even a reasonable shape. About to put them back in the post, thank goodness for the 30 day refund!

absolute scammers these people.ordered a sofa cover which has never arrived, from bloody china . company registered in Covent Garden, probably doesn't exist. I wish to have a refund but doubt this will happen but I will be reporting them locally and putting it out in other social media platforms.

Do not buy anything from this company! If you need to return something you have to send it to China and pay the postage yourself. Do not even guarantee you a full refund. Terrible company do not give them a penny of your money. I have learnt the hard way.

Oh, I wish I had read the other reviews sooner... Same story as others have told: .co.uk website that actually ships from China, measurements totally off (I had measured our sofa and the sofa cover is way too small, of no use really), and would have to pay for return to China, making it almost the same cost as what I paid for the cover. I really regret having purchased from this company and feel totally scammed.

I ordered some sofa covers and I am extremely disappointed - I have been mis-sold, as they look nothing like the pictures, the material quality is poor and the design is shocking.
I will be adding my review to trustpilot and every social media platform until this has been resolved.
I have brought better quality dust sheets!!!!

I ordered a sofa cover, received the automated email to say the item was dispatched. After two and a half weeks I had not received the item so made contact to see where it was. The response stated it was actually out of stock. Without me chasing up the whereabouts of my item I would still be waiting. Personally I wouldn’t trust that I would have ever heard from this company. I am very disappointed

Avoid this company they are awful and they are not UK base. Quality is poor, eventually after returning my covers I got my money back ,but it took over a month and lots of emails etc. Read the reviews before you buy. I wish I had. I really don’t understand how they are allowed to trade . I will definitely reporting them to trading standards.

Be aware,this company is not UK based.Very poor communication, I have order a sofa cover and they are asking me to send to China.No phone number available to contact them and poor email communication. You will loose your money.I have lost mine,paying £5 insurance also.

Terrible Service! I have been trying to return/refund a parcel for 6 months.

Stained my sofa! The blue dye came out of the fabric and stained my sofa after one week of use. They refused to acknowledge the staining was from the cover (despite the fact its the same colour as the cover). They also refused any refund or help with the damaged sofa. Awful product, awful customer service.
