Nathaniel and his team were great from start to finish, I was so impressed! The attention to detail was unmatched and the main plus is I didn’t even have to leave my house.

I booked for a full valet and I was told they were going to shampoo and steam the interior what they did is just use a wet cloth in less than an hour they finished. The car was left with stains and area untouched I asked for a refund and I was told that they can not refund my money as it is written on their terms but offered me to send somebody to finish the job. We booked an appointment and they cancelled twice at the last moment and when the guy cane he did not shampoo and steam the car again because his boss told him not to do it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IS JUST A WASTE OF MONEY.

AVOID -Thieves and unprofessional. Booked a job with them, found it cheaper elsewhere when I contacted them to cancel they said they’d match the price. To this day he has refused to refund the difference of £99 and now drops my calls. Job was badly done too and my sun shade hook was broken and they didn’t say anything until contacted. Save yourself the headache and get a good job with a professional company.

Arrogant, dishonest and the service is a regular car wash not a valet.
My car was damaged and the job not done well. My stained seats were the most pressing issue for me so i didn't care too much about the less than mediocre job as I think the young man that carried out the job tried his best. The seats were still stained when they dried but they were better than before, so i left it. My problem is that he broke my sun shade and said nothing until I went to use it. I also had booked through their website only to find the service significantly cheaper elsewhere. When I called to cancel they said they'd match the price and have since been telling me the 'difference' has left their account for the last 3 weeks even though initially the person on phone said it'd take 3 days. I've contacted Smartwash via their WhatsApp and I've only been met with arrogance and no attempt to rectify and solve the issue from Memachi. My car is damaged and I've been charged a different fee to what was agreed. This company does not care for customer satisfaction. AVOID AVOID.

The worst service possible. 7 hours of full cleaning and the car looks worse than before. During the entire time the service technician was working, the car had to remain with the engine running and the seats still wet.It's a pity you can't give minus starsIt's a pity you can't give minus stars I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE AND IN FACT I DO NOT RECOMMEND USE OF THIS COMPANY

Should have checked these reviews before I booked a valet with them.

Terrible organisation and communication from the team for an average interior Valet.

If you don't like the service, too bad! They actually refuse to give you back your car keys until you pay.

Avoid!

Nathaniel and his team know what they're doing and have a very robust setup. I booked them on the Clean Me app and they did a fantastic job!

They appear to have improved their services and communications with customers a lot this year!

Not really much to say, had 2 cars booked to clean today, got a text saying they will arrive between 800 to 0930, by 11am still nothing, tried contacting but got no response so I just assumed no one was coming, I understand things happen but it would of been nice to off been informed saving me to get up early on my one day off work, booked with someone else in the end

I never booked a valet with this company but apparently they operate under several different names - beware!! Left the car a mess and covered in bugs, tried to reschedule and they messed me around too many times, recorded calls and shared them without my consent, breaching GDPR - the list goes on. This is not a legit company. Beware of these scammers!

This company is worse than appalling!! I had to book through Car4Valet who franchised out to TheSmartWashLtd. Large parts of my full valet were either not done or done REALLY badly. After sales was horrendous, they don't care about your 100% satisfaction. They will either fob you off or ignore you. They didn't take my complaint seriously. There are much better car valet companies so please, don't waste your money with this company. Trading standards have been informed.

Apart from their time keeping, the wash itself was excellent.
