I had a problem completing my order via Apple pay, and contacted customer support. Jessie was so helpful, and followed up to check that everything was ok. The problem actually rectified itself, but Jessie was so quick in responding to my enquiry. Great service….

Tailored skincare; responsive customer service; access to experts and great-looking skin. It's expensive but on par with any high-ish end skincare regime with the benefit of being tailored to your needs and freshly compounded for you each month. My only criticism is that it is very much geared toward a morning and night routine. If you workout a lot, say, and have a slightly different routine, you will likely require additional products. (At the very least, you need daily spf in addition to th Chapters routine).

Have been using the day and night cream for 3 months now and have noticed a real difference in my skin. It's hydrated and smoother in appearance. Make up goes on easier and looks flawless. I'm just about to order another one of each. Expensive, yes, but worth it!

Excellent providing best outcome with simple to use products

I've been using both the day and night cream for about 4 months now. My skin feels smooth and hydrated. I feel there's a gradual improvement in fine lines and hyperpigmentation so will stick with it for now. I'm hopeful!

Just wow !! Been using the chapter s skin care for a while and added the day cream over 6 months ago the day cream was great especially that it includes a factor 50 in the cream I have definitely noticed a difference in my skin. I was delighted to be given the night cream for Christmas and all I can say is Wow it’s amazing and people have commented how well I look I have already recommended it to my close friends and it’s by far the best night cream I have ever used I am a complete convert to this brand.

Even though The Skin Diary’s Night Repair Therapy was the only product that my aesthetic doctor recommended, I was skeptical about spending that amount of money on a cream. However, I quickly found that I had made the right decision. My skin texture has never been more balanced, plump and free from dryness. Happily the product is surprisingly economical - a little goes a long way. However, unfortunately for my bank balance, I am converted and have also started using the Age Defence Moisturising Day Cream which works perfectly under foundation with the added bonus of the inclusion of an SPF 50. After a lifetime of looking after my skin using a myriad of different products, I’ve finally found The Skin Diary’s offerings tick all the boxes.
Their customer service is equally impressive; the ink has hardly dried on my email before I receive a thoughtful reply. This level of responsiveness makes me feel truly valued and cared for as a customer.

I have been using the night therapy cream for the past few months and can see a difference to my 61 year old face. I recently purchased the age defence day cream and am hopeful for even better results. Both products are a little pricey but they work so I feel it is worth the cost.

I have been using the night cream since March and have noticed that my skin has really improved. It looks smoother, even my friends have noticed. I have recently brought the day cream and can’t wait to see the results

I’ve been using skin diary now for the last 2 months and so far have noticed no difference in my skin - I will give it another month to see but I’m not holding out much hope for it !

Had for less than a week and accidentally dropped on my tile floor. The jar cracked and I thought I could still use but found shards of glass in the cream. I messaged the team and they amazingly said to send the jar back and they would replace. How great is that!! The few days I used I really liked it and looking forward to carrying on.

Night Repair Therapy is worth every penny! I purchased it a few weeks ago. I can honestly say this is a great night cream and love the way it absorbs very quickly into the skin.

I have severe sun damage on my face and was referred to the skin diary. I’ve been using the night repair cream for over a month now. I’ve not noticed any significant changes but definitely still hopeful. I understand the skin diary is always working to improve and take feedback onboard. It’s actually positively mad how quickly they respond and how every interaction is very personal. I would say don’t wait to look after your skin, like I have.. I’m 33 and only just started because my wedding is in 6 months! If you’re struggling to find the right routine and products, I would suggest the skin diary.

From working in the beauty industry, it is so overwhelming with all the products on the market! Then I got recommended The Skin Diary, active skincare made simple but wow it is great! I use the Essentials routine with prescription grade Vit C & Tret. I have never used Tret before but their Dermatologists have recommended that I start on a low dose and build up which put me at ease from suffering with acne and worried about flare ups. I have seen a major difference already only being on for 2 months. My skin texture is great and it is helping fade my acne scarring!
