Lilian was very helpful and provide great customer service. I had ordered a size that did not fit well, and she went above the call of duty (replying to me later in the evening) to make sure I could exchange for the fit I needed. Very commendable initiative and service.

Excellent experience
Enjoyed the experience of the surprise personalised box. Not all of the items were to my taste but there were a few that I really loved instantly. When I wanted to try a different size, the alternative was quickly shipped over at no extra cost. This concept of trying out the items from home is really innovative, and is a lot more comfortable and enjoyable than shopping normally. The whole process was smooth and easy — thank you to Sarah for picking out the items and handling the entire process!

Unique shopping experience from home
Had been meaning to get some shirts for work as haven’t been doing it for about 1 year plus. Due to the pandemic and honestly too lazy to shop I did not bother to. However the text I got from Sarah on wanting to try this service whereby she would choose something for me to wear and sent to my home for me to try out was a unique experience. Once I’ve gotten the package, it was all love a first wear! So I decided to purchase the entire collection sent to me. Very happy with the service and uniqueness of bringing your business to your consumer homes!

Ordered 5 shirts. Delivery was on the dot and came in a nice solid box. Shirts looked good, colors beautiful and the fit was nice. Strong recommend to my friends. Pricing was very reasonable.

Satisfied repeat international customer!
I first shopped at The Shirt Bar when I was living in Singapore 3 years ago and bought 1 shirt. Ever since I have cycled through several shirts and none have been as comfortable, well fitting, good-looking or hard-wearing as the one I bought. Even after 3 years it looks brand new.
Last week I pulled the trigger and ordered 4 more shirts to be delivered to the US. Customer service was quick and responsive in confirming they could deliver, and the shirts arrived within a week. They look fantastic.
An outstanding store with outstanding products, especially their Bamboo material shirts. I will not buy from anywhere else.

Excellent Quality & Service
I've bought from them before and was not disappointed in my purchase but have not gone back ever since this whole COVID Pandemic started. Their shirts are of high quality and wonderful designs. Personally I am a fan of their Eco-Bamboo shirts. Super comfortable and stylish and feels almost close to wear pajamas. Haha!
They came up with a cool Personally Curated Box idea which was absolutely fantastic. In a nutshell, a stylist picks some items for you and couriers them to you. You may keep what you like and pay for it or send back the whole box if you did not like anything. This service was free of charge and is a fresh new idea which I loved. The stylist was also friendly and patient to answer any questions I had. The box came very well packed and all the information you need or questions you have are all addressed in the included write ups.
I ended up getting another shirt and a pair of pants. Their pants are a great addition to their shirt collection and was pleasantly surprised. Kudos on the pants even though their pride is the shirts they make.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone who are who looking for off the shelf tailored shirts or anyone who fancies the materials and fabrics their shirts are made of.
Kudos to the team and it is always a pleasure!

New way to shop with The Shirt Bar....
This is a very unique way to shop. I would not have bought anything if not for this service as I rarely go to the malls now after the pandemic started in 2020.
