I participated in the Scared Journey to Peru in December 2025, which was hosted by the Shift Network. The experience met my expectations and exceeded them!! All details were attended to, even the little things, which wasn't little, like providing clean bottled water throughout our time together. The food was 5 stars. If extraneous issues came up, they were tended to with care and expediency. AND the sacred retreat fed my Soul and I received answers to the questions I was holding in my heart. Thank you, Stephen and staff!

What I really like about the Shift Network is the quality of the courses that I purchased, the high professional standard of the Masters, the life-long availability of the recordings, reminders, possibility to post questions to the teachers.
I like very much the possibility to participate in free events in order to decide if the topic is interesting for me. I also liked the fact that I received the access to listening a free event even though I hadn’t registered for it - it gave me a possibility to expand my circle of interest and taste something entirely new for me.
Every time I had a “problem”, the response of the support team was clear and quick. I feel blessed to have discovered the Shift Platform, and have the access to such a rich variety of ways of self development and spiritual growth. Thank you very much! It’s such a treasure!

I’ve taken a several classes with the shift network. Very affordable prices for classes. Teachers are great. Recordings and other supplemental materials provided. Customer service is great too. I also like to watch 1 hour interviews for new upcoming classes.

Thank you for your visionary work. I very much appreciate your insights and practical tools to help understand and constructively respond to some of the root problems of our troubled world. So grateful to have found your platform.

I signed up for the Life Colors course presented by Titanya Dahlin on the Shift Network and bought a Life Colors Aura Reading at a discounted price.

This was in April 2025 and I was never contacted by her manager Jeff or herself to schedule an appointment. In December 2025 I tried to make contact with them and there was no response. Eventually I got a refund and it was obvious that they didn't care about their students.

Online it says Titanya is generous with her time and empathetic. I would have to negate that

Excellent, prompt, courteous, and kind customer service. Shift Network also has the best online courses. I have been fortunate enough to be enrolled in several of their courses and plan to continue my learning with them.

I have interacted several times with the shift network customer support and have had consistently prompt satisfying results every single time.

Whether it’s technical help, an inquiry on a course or most recently a refund due to my error in signing up for a course, I have had an immediate response and resolution every single time.

Based on my experiences to date, I have no reservations in registering for other courses as I know any issues-if they come up will be handled professionally and efficiently. Kudos to a great team!

As you say be honest I will be, I do not like certain things that happened where someone made a political comment about Trump and was foisting their beliefs on the participants that he is a narcissist and bringing up a very traumatic event in a trauma class, I don't think it was handled well at all and just brushed over and swept under the rug , It seems to me that many of the things on the Shift Network are very liberal based and not based in reality which to me is a very dangerous thing to do. A trauma class should not be a place where someone has to express their political opinions from their grief of something else to attempt others to go into agreement with them to gain sympathy and go along with their political views. A trauma class should be neutral with no political rhetoric. It seems that somehow people have equated being spiritual as being a liberal and go into agreement with liberal agenda. I really hope this doesn't come up again because that being saying things like that i was very triggering . Others made comments that it was too political but it wasn't addressed.

This is a great team of people! I get responses to my questions very quickly and everything is completely perfect at this point. I love the programs offered at The Shift Network and am excited to learn from the wonderful people who offer their expertise and support and great love for this world.

The Shift Network is a wonderful platform for taking classes about spirituality and new age self-development.

I am deeply grateful to the program’s supporting team for their prompt, generous, and heartfelt support, which made it possible for me to continue learning with Dr. Melanie in the Energy for the Heart – Advanced class. After completing Dr. Melanie’s foundational course, I noticed meaningful and positive changes in my heart health, and I plan to support my mother in practicing these exercises as well.

It is truly thanks to the support of the team that I have the opportunity to continue with this program, easing my financial burden and allowing me to focus fully on learning and healing. I have taken several courses through the Shift Network. There is a wonderful selection of courses and a few that I didn’t connect with (in the first few weeks), it was very easy to get a full refund from their support people. Also they are easy to access online, their website is fantastic. Also the private course participant community for each course is not on Facebook and the course material is there forever to review.

I only have positive experiences. I did a course, having 2 right now. Did 2 certifications courses too. Summarised I have some experiences.

If there are issues they respond fast, kindly and helpful. Really good customer service. But also the managers of the courses and anyone involved are amazing.

The courses itself are very interesting for me. Self growth and development are important themes in my life. I always follow my heart. At the Shift Network are very amazing teachers who feel sincere to me. I am truly happy I found this organization because I learned so much about myself. Therefore I can help others even better during my (work)life.

Shift offers cutting edge classes with diverse teachers and offerings. I've resonated greatly and learned incredible amounts studying with two shift Instructors. Most recently, my schedule didn't work to participate on the day a class was offered. I also was less excited about this instructor. I decided to withdraw and was promptly ask for feedback and issued the refund. I'm THRILLED about enrolling in another class from one of my first two instructors and will take everything either of my first to TEACHERS offer! Thank you Shift!!

- The shift network has obviously interesting workshops/courses
- But attending to them from Europe remains problematic in reason of the 6 hours time difference
- And the forums used are based on facebook. which is not acceptable even if these groups are closed. As facebook is spying on all its users, even a closed group cannot be used to share very personal things

My proposals are:
- Organize courses on different schedules so that they can be attended during the day from Europe
- Use another forum provider that truely respects the user's privacy.

I love working with The Shift Network. Not only are the programs interesting and eye-opening, but the support for the courses and any problems you may have is exceptional. I had a slight problem with my account and it was handled quickly with little effort on my part by a wonderful support staff person. It's a pleasure to know that there are individuals who not only provide great products but stand behind them with exceptional customer service. I highly recommend The Shift Network.

The Shift Network brings to us the most skilled, inspiring and passionate instructors I have ever encountered. Among my favourites are Aletheia Sophia and Dr. Arielle Schwartz.

As well, I have found that staff at the Shift Network are super kind and happy to help with any technical issues that may arise. I am grateful.
