Wants to tell those who are licenced how to do better
Researched this "company". Yes they are incorporated. But looking it up, it was done recently, 30th of April, 2025, yet interesting in how they have reviews dated MONTHS BEFORE he/they were a registered corporation. Hmmm, could be sketchy!
Lookup shows no real estate license for a Wesley Ball over in Manitoba where corporation is located or licensed anywhere else in Canada.
Inquired as to what they offered and got sketchy answers about some great plan he or they devised that he/they ask thousands of dollars for service.
Heard just vague murky suggestions of what they really offer and a guarantee they will work for free if you fail to succeed with their plan. How is that free if you already paid him/them?
One has to ask themselves, if this plan is so wonderful, why is he/they not a RE Broker killing it in sales worth up to a thousand times more than selling some program to real licensed professionals??
I will update this after tracking down any Agents who actually paid for this "service". Any who do might not want to admit it, if they failed.
UPDATE: I stand by what I wrote prior to the company reply. So, you accepted payment privately before ever being an incorporated business. Interesting for CRA.
If transparent, why not post actual names of Agents using your services? Agents LOVE getting their names and locations they work in public view.
We shall all await the Agents' names and locations you post here that have seen so much success from your "services".
You speak of transparency, so post them, if there really are any.
