I have purchased from Salty Fox previously, so thought I would go back for their great shipping times and products. Unfortunately one of the bands I purchased was not quite right, so I thought - easy - I will do an exchange. There should be minimal shipping fees. Unfortunately when processing my request I found that the additional charge was over $16 - a bit rich I thought for "label printing and shipping."

Ordered what I had assumed would be a matching band and screen case and when I put them on my watch discovered they are two completely different colours and look pretty ridiculous together. You would assume that two items labelled as the same colour from the same company would be similar enough to go together but apparently not. Reached out to customer service who confirmed that, yes, they are selling differently coloured products under the same colour name and there is apparently nothing I can do about this because I threw the packaging out when I opened it so am not eligible for a return. Additionally, after less than a week of wear the colour has started scuffing off the band and it looks old and crap. Absolute waste of money.

I've ordered a number of things from Salty Fox and have been happy but my recent purchase wasn't up to par.
I bought a screen protector and it cracked within 5 minutes of putting it on my watch.
Salty Fox is replacing it for me and I look forward to wearing the new one.
