Just received my 2nd order. Really happy with all 3 rugs I've purchased. They're really good quality. Ordering was easy online and easy to track. My latest one I only ordered yesterday, it arrived today. Really can't fault the service. Will happily come back in the future.

Great range of rugs to choose from, sizes and colours. Fantastic customer service, website easy to use, my rug arrived within 3 days of ordering, very happy with the quality and price.

The warehouse has a great range of rugs to choose from. It was very hard to choose! The service was very friendly, and helpful in making the decision. It also included free delivery, as we live nearby. We really love our new rug.

I have now got two of the Whisper rugs from Rugs Warehouse and just ordered a third. I absolutely love these, they have transformed my living room and bedroom, super quality and feel so luxurious and comfortable under my feet. So far I have ordered 2 in Pink and 1 in Champagne. Firstly the communication was faultless,
I was a little apprehensive regarding the colour ( burnt orange ) but it was the perfect colour and So well made.
The rug was really wrapped up well and delivered with no problems.

Amazing customer service and communication. Ask for a return of a rug as I decided that I wanted the one I had originally ordered in a bigger size. I received an instant 'no fuss' email explaining the process, which was very easy to follow. I had up-dates from the customer service team at every stage through the process. The rug I had was picked up within a couple of days and the new one delivered very quickly after. I absolutely love the rug. Really happy with the product and the service. They have a showroom in Chiswick just a few streets from us which makes it so easy and convenient for our customers to visit. I got excellent advice when I visited the showroom, and they were very patient while I agonised over customising the colours of my very large new rug. Delivery was straightforward and the courteous driver was most helpful. I'm thrilled with my new rug. It's beautiful, and beautifully made. Altogether, a great service, and totally trouble-free.

The Rugs Warehouse has a wide variety of rugs to choose from and it was easy to order. What Impressed me most was the excellent communication following my purchase. I was kept informed throughout the process which was complex as the rugs came from abroad. They arrived exactly when I was told to expect them and beautifully wrapped so they were in great condition. I have had a really great experience with this company! The rug is lovely quality and what I was after so I am very grateful for that. The shipping was also very smooth - there was a mix up as I initially received the wrong rug but when I called them they swung into action to correct it with very little needed from me. Fine Afghan rug. Delivery never arrived, and subsequently DHL admitted to have “lost” it. Customer services jumped on it quickly and after a quick search, replaced the original rug with a larger one (at same cost) by express delivery. This time delivered by DX without any drama to Taunton. Perfect product and first rate Customer service (thank you Rug Warehouse).

Once you buy here, you won't want to go elsewhere. I came across them by chance, one rug stood out as perfect. They went the extra mile to get it to me quickly. If you think companies don't care these days, these definitely do.

This is the second rug I have had made through the Rugs Warehouse. the quality is impeccable. I was incredibly impressed with the ease of purchase and how helpful the staff were. The hardest thing by far is the choices available in the most divine colours and designs. I cannot recommend The Rugs Warehouse more highly.
