Outstanding customer service
Outstanding customer service, especially given the item was out of stock, and in response to my TIMELINE of eventual delivery in relation to a party I was organising, I was provided with an earlier than expected delivery date. Fantastic.

The quality of the rug was top notch
The quality of the rug was top notch. I took a risk buying this rug online without having seen it in store, the photos online matched the colours of the rug that was delivered so I was very happy indeed. I liked the rug so much I have since bought a smaller version for another part of the room. When I placed my second order I received a call from Mark to let me know the delivery date, a personal touch goes a long way. Highly recommend The Rug Loft.
