I've been using the shampoo and conditioner for a few months now and my hairdresser already notices a difference in my hair. I too feel it looks thicker and definitely feels smoother. I have curly hair and after children noticed my hair thinning. I have now ordered the oil as my hairdresser recommended using it and leaving in overnight. I also like that they are a small independent company and that they have a limited selection of products. Also they don't pester you for more orders like some companies. Definitely a happy customer.

So easy to order, shipping is prompt. This is my 2nd order as the product really sorted out my dry hair, having just come back from 2 weeks diving my hair is in desperate need of hydration and this always delivers

Within the second wash I was really pleased with my purchase. I ordered the oil and the shampoo and conditioner it made my hair feel thicker and smoother also it kept my style longer. I have been using it two or three times a week and am very happy with it I am in my 70s and have thinning hair so I think it will take time to see hair growth, also I have purchased more shampoo and conditioner as it really feels nice it's very thick and feels luxurious. 1

Tgideas has work wonders on my 4c natural hair. My hair wouldnt grow after the big chop last October which wasnt normal. Started using this April & the bald spot at my crown is now completely covered, has grown where I can braid it. Although still growing, the thickness of my hair is back. Thanks Tgideas!

The shampoo and conditioner are amazing, my hair has never been more manageable and soft, I love it, it also lasted me more than six weeks before having to buy more. The delivery was very quick and I was kept informed every step of the way.

I ran out of the rosemary oil, and could tell a difference straight away: more hair was falling out when I combed my hair, and in the shower. Ordered more, obviously! Fantastic product which does what it says on the bottle!
After 2 months of use my hair looks thicker and there's not so much loose hair in my comb or plug hole. The product smells lovley and orders are sent out very quickly. Even my hair dresser notice the difference in my hair. Briliant service and results.

I found this company by chance after having a very long time with thinning hair issues.i thought this will be my last shot at trying anything else for this problem and also a vast amount of money spent.all I can say is I’ve been using these products for a little while now and I’m positive that things are improving my hairs certainly in better shape and I’m positive that the thinner areas are getting better.the delivery time is excellent and customer care second to none these young people deserve all credit for working hard in such turbulent times good luck to them and hope they carry on the good work

Be wary of relying on the refund guarantee!

I tried the Rosemary Shampoo - first impressions were good, it smelt lovely (though not particularly of rosemary!), left my scalp feeling clean and my hair felt soft. However, on continued use, I found it increasingly drying, to the extent my scalp felt itchy and the ends got crisp.

I exchanged a few messages with customer service, who , after hearing that I already treated my hair as they would advise, admitted the shampoo might be too stripping for me. They asked me to keep them informed, and said they would be happy to move on to ‘next steps’

At this point, they stopped responding to emails, and have ignored the last three I’ve sent. Their online form does not work either - you get a ‘can’t be sent’ message

My experience matches those of others who say the refund guarantee is not genuine

The product is beautiful, it sits softly and stops my hair from being brittle and breaking. I have been using it for about 3 months now and there are tiny new hairs appearing, which is a great relief. It also smells amazing and doesn't leave any residue at all like many other products. I would highly recommend it.

Great shampoo, over 50s chap and this product really makes a difference to thinning hair. Lasts longer than stated too, on my second 500ml bottle now, first one lasted 8 months of daily use. Highly recommend.

My hairdresser recommended rosemary products for my thinning hair so I looked it up and found the Rosemary Company. I can’t say that I’ve noticed a real difference in my hair thickness yet but I did notice that fewer hairs are being shed. The other thing that I noticed was that my scalp stopped itching. It came back when I needed to reorder but decided to use up some old shampoo instead so from now on I’ll be sticking to the Rosemary Company products.

An amazing product. I get a lot of sores on my scalp and this is the only shampoo and conditioner that helps with it. Leaves my scalp soothed and my hair feeling soft. Delivery is always very quick and the bottles really well packaged. Would highly recommend this product from a great company.

I have been using this oil for around 4 weeks due to hair thinning from menopause. I have noticed a difference in hair condition and also had significantly less hair fall. I have mainly been using the oil around my hairline, temples and parting twice a week. I have noticed hair growth around these areas, the hair is coming through fine and fluffy but will hopefully continue to thicken with use.
I was so impressed that I have ordered a bottle for my son who has started to experience early receding around the temples and some signs of baldness.

Although this is isn’t mentioned on the website, I have rubbed a small drop across my eyebrows. This is where I have noticed a major difference. I was considering microblading before due to thin patchy brows from years of over plucking but now my brows are starting to fill out in places where I haven’t had growth for years.
The only downside to the oil is that it is quite greasy, especially on fine hair like mine but it is definitely worth it for the results. Even though the oil is greasy, it washes straight out without leaving any residue or build-up.
If you are struggling with hair thinning or hair loss I would definitely recommend giving this oil a try.
