Our sales associate was rude and pushy
Our sales associate was rude and pushy. She just wanted to make her sale. She was straight up cold. If needing further explanation I’d be happy to provide a list of reasons. I have detailed examples. But I’m sure this is an automated survey and nobody would care. However I did spend $12,000 in one day and received terrible, horrible customer service. I wish I gave my money elsewhere and won’t go back. For anyone that might read this and gives a care. Sorry you lost our business.

Didn’t feel smothered in showroom…
We were very happy with our experience at the room place. When we walked in we were greeted and asked if we needing anything or help but left us be after that. Usually in furniture shops they hover around the entire time and we hate that. We were able to look at and discuss many options without feeling smothered. Eventually we found a couch we liked and discussed it with the sales person to purchase. Very good experience overall.
