BUYER BEWARE! Stay away from these shady scam artist. They will lie in your face! I purchased a 3 piece leather set about 5 months ago. They told me the leather chair was on backorder, and called me and asked if I wanted a floor model from another store. I said absolutely NOT! I will wait on my new chair. They said it wont be until November, oh well, I’ll wait. This past weekend I got a text saying my new chair would be delivered Tuesday! I received it today and guess what? Its a used chair that was already worn out. The arms were worn thin, leather stretched out and torn in the back. Its so old, the color doesn't even match the new stuff I received months before. They wrapped it and tried to sell it as brand new thinking we wouldn't notice. I wish I could post pictures on here. Tried calling them, wouldn't call me back! Please people, do not go here, they will sell you anything, even knowing they cant get items. They should be in jail for what they did to us!! Deceitful, dishonest criminals!!! The sales consultant listened to my needs, asked pertinent questions, and made great recommendations for consideration. His knowledge of the product lines was very impressive and helpful!

I see specials going on almost everytime, yet the sectional that I order is still in back order, online it says begin shipping yet they keep pushing it back

In the Rockford store we were helped by Sales Manager Abdullah. He listened to what we wanted, was attentive, kind, helpful, with no high pressure, and informative. He put together a good deal for us, and we were very pleased with our experience.

My previous power recliner which I had purchased from the Room Place years ago had broke. I called the Room Place in Rockford at 4 pm on Thursday August 15th to order a new one the same day that the old one broke and ABDULLAH KHALID the sales representative from the Room Place was excellent to work with and he ordered a new one for me and he went out of his way to get it to me the next morning (Friday) before 9 AM. The room place is a great furniture store to buy furniture and the sales people are great to work with and they are very accommodating with the customers. Abdullah was an excellent sales representative and we were very happy with him and the entire transaction.

All personal from salesperson to office were attentive and very helpful. Dd not feel rushed, offered advise on different selections and took to explain any questions that were asked.

Easy folks to talk to. No pushing me in any direction. Clean, organized set up. Great experience overall.

Our sales person listened to my daughters wants and needs, paid attention to her budget limits and helped her find a well made sectional sofa for her new home. :-)
