I ordered my expensive dining room set…

I ordered my expensive dining room set to be delivered today, I was promised delivery today but they forgot to wrap them. So delivery is scheduled for tomorrow Thursday. I’m not happy!

Trouble with store credit do us

We bought a bed in early 2023 and exchanged the mattress and was told we have a $697. store credit that does not expire. We were in the store yesterday to use that credit. Yesterday we sat in the store about 2 hours waiting on the credit. We were told that a new credit has to be issued and that the department that does that was closed and that it will be taken care of in the morning.
Today I go there and at first the store manager cannot find anything. He sent a message to someone and got a reply that if it wasn't taken care of last night that there is no credit. I complained more and had him call the salesman we delt with yesterday and the salesman told him where to look.
The manager found it and talked to someone. He then told me that they found about the credit but does not know where the money went. He said we should have gotten a store credit or refund. He said they will work on it and call us today and let us know.
We seem to be getting a run around and are regretting doing any business with you.

My new home furniture!

The Room Place has been wonderful to help me furnish my new home. Living room,office,their furniture is beautiful. I went all over to 5 furniture stores and this was the best. Thank you also for your excellent employees and their help.

Good experience

The salesman, Ricardo was very helpful,kind and patient with my husband and I. We are in our eighties and a lot of people don’t have the patience or time for us. He was very pleasant and put us at ease. He is a very nice young man.

If I didn’t ask for a Manager to make a…

If I didn’t ask for a Manager to make a small exception for me, I would not have bought my chair. I get that Tom was a rule follower but bend little to get the sale!

Great shopping experience!

Tom Modjewski took care of us at the Joliet location. He wasn’t pushy or aggressive but gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision.
We ended up buying a mattress, pillows, and two couches from him.
He was extremely knowledgeable and we felt confident with the information he gave us that we got the best deal we could.

DO NOT BUY HERE

DO NOT BUY HERE - They will sell you furniture that falls apart, it damaged the floor in my apartment. The screw came loose on each side and put a hole in the floor. They don't stand by their products. Bought a 3K couch, extremely unhappy.
