Great customer service
They were able to give me a very good price on the furniture that I really wanted. There was no haggling straight to the point, they were very curious and very helpful. The store manager was exceptional.

I ordered a china cabinet on 5/6/2024…
I ordered a china cabinet on 5/6/2024 and delivery was scheduled for 6/7/2024.The first week of June I received a call postponing my delivery for July with no exact date. On July 23, I went into the store and was informed that my order had been cancelled on June 5. I did not cancel the order and nobody could tell me who and why my order was cancelled. I purchased my order at a sale price and now I would have to pay full price. I eventually was given my original price after being talking to the manager, and now I have to wait until 12/28/2024 for delivery. Poor management and unacceptable!

The salesman didn't try to "sell" me anthing. He asked if I had a comfortable price range in mind (which I did) and he kept me focused in the appropriate areas.
He was patient and allowed me to try out & ultimately select my mattress. I was quite impressed with Mr. Robitson.
