Wonderful people that helped. Love the location in Gurnee Illinois. Very, very sad, they are closing their doors. They have beautiful furniture and more. Wishing them all the best.

FBI a.k.a. Fred was amazing. He Introduce herself and gave me time and space to look around once he saw me iron a piece struck up a delightful Conversation. Everything went very smooth. He had to leave due to and the young lady. I can’t remember her name that took over took good care of me and it was a breeze in and out with no problems no worries.

The sales manager, Wendy, was friendly, helpful and a pleasure to do business with. The chair is perfect!

I called to pick up my order and was told the order was charged. No one bothered to tell me my order was charged. l was also told that they emailed me about it, which was a lie. When I received a call I was told to just cancel the order because they couldn't guarantee my order would be there when they said which was next week. I will never go back to your stores, or will I recommend you to anyone. What a disappointment.

We have had the absolute worst experience with your call center. We bought 4 dining chairs and 1 is defective. I followed the instructions to contact your co. I received a call back that my chairs have been discontinued so I cannot get another chair . It has been extremely difficult to get through to anyone without waiting 20 minutes. I have been offered 75 dollars if I want to keep the defective chair!! I don't want any of them now!!! I Do not want a wobbly chair!! I'm actually insulted that you only offered 75 dollars why wouldn't I be refunded all of the cost of the chair!!!! I am now waiting for a manager to contact me. Hopefully, my return will be flawless.

Location is easily accessible. The store is well stocked and the sales people are very nice. I had a good experience with my sales person Wendy. The signature recliner designed by Ashley is extremely comfortable.The delivery folks were on time and respectable of my property with the recliner setup.
The reason you didn’t get 5 out of 5 review is your phone system doesn’t allow to speak a live sales person, I want to purchase 2 additional Signature recliners, I don’t have time to physically go, it would of been an easy sale that is missed by the fact that you don’t have live sales personal answering. There is a missing link in your system, I don’t want to do chat, since already had worked well with Wendy my live floor sales person. You folk may want to reconsider how your phones are answered. Very satisfied with our recliner.

Had the wrong piece delivered and the driver would not take it back. Spoke with Mary at customer service who was great. She told me that she would have the driver come back to get it. Unfortunately by the time she was able to reach him he was out of my area. That was day one of waiting several hours. The correct piece is out of stock and won't be available until end of July. I requested the wrong piece be picked up since I did not want to be responsible for it. Was given a date for pick up on a Saturday. I got the normal notifications all week confirming my date. Was notified the day prior all was good. The day of I get a call at 730am (I did not answer). I received an email and text message saying my delivery window was 10am to 1pm and I was #6. Since I got these confirmations I did not check my voice mail that was left before these. Apparently someone decided to cancel my pick up because the correct item won't be available until August 7th. I waited until 130pm to call and find this out. So day 2 of waiting several hours. Called and was told that all they could do is schedule another pick up day. This will be day 3 of waiting. Then day 4 will be when I get the correct piece. Absolutely frustrating.

Anna and Wendy from Gurnee IL. branch were phenomenal on helping us to get the furniture we needed. They were very approachable and helpful to give us some guidance on what we are looking for. They really knowledgeable and expert guiding you but what stand the most is that they show care and value customer service. I highly recommended these ladies to anyone in search of a furniture or mattress and this branch.

As soon as we enter the store we were greeted with a big smile, which made us feel welcome. Our sales manager was awesome! Very informative about the store and about the sales and about the bonuses and the special offers. The way she treated and took care of us was very warm and inviting. So of course we both furniture. Thank you

I HAD BEEN THERE PREVIOUSLY. I LIKE THE PLACE BUT WHAT I LIKE THE BEST IS THE PERSONNEL, THE GENTLEMAN THAT HELPED ME WAS KIND AND DIDN'T PUSH ME TO GET SOMETHING I DIDN'T WANT HE WAS RESPECTFUL AT ALL TIMES.

One of the sales people were very snotty when I asked about an upcoming sale on a sectional I was purchasing.

Our experience shopping there was great due to friendly staff that provided great customer service. The manager showed us the furniture we wanted to see and answered our questions. She showed us various styles of the furnishings we wanted.
