Yes Mr Anderson was more than helpful he helped us get just what we needed for our son .That was my first time ever going to The Room Place and most definitely will be going back ....

Winard Anderson was great at listening to us and helping answer all our questions. We love the Room Place and will be back for our entertainment center next month.

We made another purchase on Feb 17 2024 and I must say that our sales associate Moses ( I don’t know his last name)has made our experience great! He helped us three years ago and we were happy to see he still works there. He is extremely helpful and so kind! This is our second purchase from this store and I highly recommend it. Great choices, prices & Moses gives us time to look and able to answer all questions and gave us some ideas I hadn’t thought about.

Our initial experience was very good……

Our initial experience was very good… Stephanie was helpful without pressure. We “finalized” or order and patiently waiting for our furniture to arrive or at least a confirmation that it would be arriving. After 5 weeks went by and we heard no word we contacted Stephanie who said our order had been cancelled? She stated that we must have failed to make a payment?

Evidently the fault was not ours and we needed to reorder the furniture. Now we are waiting another 5-6 weeks.

We are VERY unhappy that this “cancellation “ occurred at nit fault if our own. I’m not sure what the process is after a customer places an order but it does seem that this could have easily been avoided.

Courtsey

The courtesy of the drivers and their efficiency to put the furniture in place very quickly. They ask if the chair looked ok and with my approval they were done. Cudos to Roomplace and their drivers.

Mr Anderson was awesome

Stephanie was great

Stephanie greeted me upon entrance and then gave me space to browse. Once I was ready to purchase she answered all my question and made check out quick and easy.

Job Well Done

The store was very clean and well lit. I was greeted and allowed to shop without being "sold". When I needed help for questions, very pleasant employees answered my questions and offered suggestions I would not have been aware of. It was a very pleasant experience.

Great experience

We went two times. The first time was for my daughter and I happened to find a bed for myself. Stephanie helped us, she was not pushy, she answered all our questions, she didn't hover over us and follow us everywhere we went like other stores do. When we asked about pricing she immediately pulled it up on her phone and gave a quote. Another store we had gone to when we asked for pricing, not only did it take the guy a half hour to find it but he also priced the wrong bed. Stephanie was very knowledgeable and helpful! The second time my husband and I went, Stephanie was not there, but David quickly helped us and answered our questions, and we got the bed ordered within minutes.

The sales representatives and customer service representatives were good but the no return policy needs reevaluated.

Everyone was very helpful.

Everyone was very helpful, courteous and friendly. David saved the day and showed me a bedroom suite that wasn't on the floor. It was exactly what I was looking for. Moses was a great help with the financing and a great joy to talk to. I would totally recommend The Room Place.
