A great place 👍🏼
When entering I was overwhelmed with the large selection, the sale associate Maria was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the different dining room sets that were available. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured, with Maria help and working with my delivery schedule I was able to get a great deal on a set that fits my budget and my needs. I would recommend The Room Place in Arlington Heights on Rand Road to anyone. Ask for Maria you won’t be disappointed 👍🏼

Terrible Service
We were customers of this store for 10 years and we visited two stores, in one they made us wait more than 1 hour and they did not serve us and in the second we had a bad experience with the manager due to the terrible service so we do not recommend buying more in this store .

Karim Taha was wonderful to work with. Helped us select the best option. Took care of everything and had it delivered in 2 days. Could not have asked for a better person to guide us through the entire process from start to finish. A great employee The Room Place has there in the Arlington heights store.

A really good furniture store
I like the store because you have a great choice of quality furniture, that's how everyone should get furniture, in a real store,so you can see and touch everything.
Customer service is excellent, the moment you enter the store they give you the needed attention.
I highly recommend it!

I was not told that I have to pay the…
I was not told that I have to pay the $89 balance before they can schedule the delivery.
The mattress was out of stock so I was told that delivery date would be end of July. ( my children will visit me first week of Aug. so end of July delivery is perfect.
However now it will be delivered end of Aug.

We had a bit of glitch regarding a "missing credit." But it was handled quickly and professionally. The credit was applied to our new purchase and we are good to go.
