This thermos will be given as a present…
This thermos will be given as a present at Xmas so I cannot comment on the quality of the usage, however, the packaging was very secure and presentable. Delivery was on time. Also web, service and follow up have been excellent. I’m sure my son will be happy with his gift.

Good Customer Service
Product was not big enough so on contacting ThermoHero via email response was quick and was helpful as they did actually call back. Communication is vital & although I ended up returning the unopened item the refund was speedy. Nice online shop.

Thermos flask
This flask is a little darker grey than I originally thought. However it is great at keeping my drinks hot for hours and looks great too.

Love my mug!
Love my mug, keeps my coffee hot for ages and saves drinking ‘cold dregs’.
Due to Covid19 im not using the office kitchen now bringing a flask of hot beverage and keeping it warm is essential.

This thermos lunch bag was only 9in in height but was advertised just under 13in. Disappointed it was too small and won’t be using them again
