Extremely terrible. You order and they take your money, never give details about shipping. I haven’t received my product or shipping after a month of ordering. I had to go through my bank to get my money back. Their phone line is off the hook and emails don’t go anywhere. DONT ORDER.

A good selection with excellent pricing. Seeds were delivered quickly, packaged nice, I was very impressed. I look forward to starting some trees in the spring!

The Rike does it right!
The Rike was prompt to fill and deliver my order. I have had the same experience when ordering from them previously. They are very dependable and provide me with a good product. I have confidence in them, trust them and appreciate them.

Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible. Still no update on shipping nearly two weeks after it was supposedly estimated to arrive. Reached out via email for an update and it bounced back. Tried calling customer service and was forwarded to voicemail immediately. Will contact my credit company to let them know I never received the product. To make things worse, I keep getting hounded to review even though I don’t have the product. Would never order from The Rike again.
