Gina is such a lovely person, very friendly and I felt truly heard and listened by her. Not only was my session with her very helpful, it was obvious she had put in a great deal of time and research into my problem. She had a good understanding of all the related topics to my health issues, and I had the best health overhaul I have had in a very long time. She was also able to identify a particular health problem I have had for decades and which I'd never been taken seriously about before, and which in turn has enabled to get better results from my NHS consultant. Gina is very professional, as well as being a genuine and sincere person who knows her subject and goes all out to provide excellent information, advice and care. It is my pleasure to fully recommend her.

Gina was very easy to communicate and to understand, the online consultation we had was very useful and informative and helped me to built my self confidence regarding my next steps of rehabilitation after an abdominal big surgery Im recovering from. Gina was so professional and I had to fill up some short forms beforehand, which helped her be ready for our conversation. She asked all the questions needed and answered everyone of mine and solved my concerns. Explained very clearly and even sent a lot of information and tips afterwards on Email, including references about things we spoke about, tips about further blood tests and exact supplements I will need to use for my full best recovery.

I found Gina through a link supplied by the NHS, I needed some some dietary advice. she was very efficient at getting back to me and I was offered a zoom or telephone call at my earliest convenience. She listened carefully to my questions and I was really happy with the advice she gave me.
