The staff are knowledgeable and helpful, especially Nathaniel Francis. We did a test with doubtful results and they offered to redo the test free of charge. I have been to some which are really bad so this is a standout.

Finally got the result after uploading at just after 8am this morning after having to email as the result hadnt come through to be told in a telephone call they were unable to find the document uploaded this morning. Resent another copy via email and situation was resolved.

A memorable experience
It is really a memorable experience in Regenerative when I went there for the PCR Test before returning to Hong Kong after a 3-month trip. I had my appointment and I walked to the centre from my hotel. It was quite a tiring walk for an aged person, and then I met Nathaniel and Poppy there. They were so very nice talking with me, explaining to me the details and helping me to put my mind at ease before taking the sample. After that, we had a friendly and casual chat while I was taking a break before going back to the hotel. The other day I went back for the test result and met Fancis as well. They are so very helpful, so customer-friendly and so very professional. I really greatly appreciated their good and satisfactory service!

Nathaniel and Poppy were absolutely professional & nice, made my testing experience quick and breezy, unlike some of the other clinics I have visited in the past where staff were anything but that. Definitely will go to the Regenerative Lab from now on whenever I need to travel.
