Excellent and smooth service. Very friendly staff. Have used The Regenerative Clinic several times for travel and have always been satisfied. Even when a mistake was made on a previous occasion it was rectified and a partial refund given.

I have used this clinic a few times now. They are very friendly and efficient and also flexible, allowing me to change my appt time due to a last minute change of plans.

We were at the clinic for Covid tests to travel back home to Cameroon and we were received by Anju and Alison who really were great and supportive. Were polite and ready to give directions. Anju even offered to help further when we were stuck. Thank you ladies.

I visited the bournemouth centre along…
I visited the bournemouth centre along with my husband and father-in-law who is 84 and wish I had known about this service sooner. The whole experience from booking appointments to customer service was a breeze. They were efficient, friendly and went over and above in delivering a excellent service. If you are after a hassle free service look no further. I am away again at xmas and this is where i shall be going from now on. Many thanks from a very satisfied customer.
