Still no parcel.
I still haven't received the item. Royal mail were meant to deliver 2/12/25. Received a message saying they hadn't attempted it.
Just tracked it and now saying they tried to deliver 6.45am today. (4/12/25). They didn't.
I now have to go and collect it.

We are really sorry to hear about the delay in your delivery.
We’ve checked the Royal Mail tracking, and it shows that they were unable to attempt delivery at 18:16 on the 2nd, and then recorded a further attempted delivery at 6:45am on the 4th. We completely understand your frustration, especially if no delivery attempt was actually made.
Royal Mail have now updated the tracking to confirm that the parcel is available for collection or can be rescheduled for delivery. Unfortunately, once parcels leave us, we have no autonomy over Royal Mail’s delivery processes, but we do appreciate how inconvenient this situation has been for you.

Hi Paul,
We are very sorry for any delay that you are experiencing and we have looked into this for you with Royal Mail as this was dispatched from us the day after your order.
Unfortunately, Royal Mail are unable to provide any further updates at this stage, as they do not track the parcel once it leaves the UK. The last scan was on the 26th November before it departed, and the estimated delivery date was yesterday.
Royal Mail will not class an international item as missing until 5th January, so we are currently still within their timeframe. Please also be aware that customs processing can add further delays — in some cases up to 30 days — and this is unfortunately beyond our control.
We completely understand this is frustrating, and we will continue to monitor the situation closely. If the parcel is not delivered by the date Royal Mail consider it missing, we will take the appropriate next steps for you.

Poor communication and slow service
Over two weeks and order still being processed!! Company do not reply to email requests for an update! My son qualified as a ref and cannot start because no goods have been despatched !!! It’s getting close to a second yellow and VAR intervention!!
