Great service and very accommodating in store. My only issue is with your sizing on-line... so far it's been wrong about 50% of the time which requires frequent returns.

I love therealreal
I love therealreal. Ordering is very easy and there is a store near me so returns are also easy. I have purchased bags and jewelry before and have been very happy. I ordered some clothes recently and although the clothes were gorgeous for a fraction of the retail price and were all in excellent condition, it was difficult to get the sizing right so I had to return everything.
