Therapy with Mariya provides compassionate, confidential and person-centred emotional wellbeing support for individuals, couples, children and families both online and in person. My mission is to make emotional support accessible to everyone, wherever they are in the world.
Founded by Mariya Azizi, Therapy with Mariya offers a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space where individuals can feel heard, understood and empowered. I understand that reaching out for help can be difficult, which is why I am committed to providing a warm, empathetic and compassionate environment for every person I support.
Whether you are experiencing anxiety, stress, low mood, relationship difficulties, grief, trauma, life transitions, loneliness, low self-esteem or simply need someone to talk to, I am are here to support you at your own pace.

In addition to therapy services, I also offer companionship services for individuals who may require emotional and practical support during challenging times. This includes companionship for hospital visits, medical appointments, surgery and recovery, post-operative support, travel companionship, elderly companionship and general wellbeing support.
At Therapy with Mariya, I strongly believe that financial circumstances should never prevent someone from accessing support. For this reason, I also provide free online therapy and emotional support for individuals who are struggling and unable to afford private services. Everyone deserves to feel heard, valued and supported.
Services are available online worldwide via secure video sessions, allowing clients to access support from the comfort and privacy of their own homes. In-person sessions and support services are also available within Manchester, United Kingdom.
Every individual is unique, and my approach is tailored to each person’s needs, experiences and goals. I aim to help my clients build resilience, gain clarity, improve emotional wellbeing and move forward with confidence and hope.

I don't really like opening up about myself to people in general, so I was hesitant about therapy. But after giving it a go, she made me feel really comfortable and even gave me some pointers about what the cause of my problems might be and opened my eyes to different points of views that I wouldn't have considered before.
