The website was very clear about the dimensions of the steps available, which made it easy to decide which one was best. I bought the medium ramp for my disabled friend who wanted to exit her house into her garden, but was faced with a deep step down. She uses her zimmer frame rather than the rollator (you probably need to buy the metre square ramp if you want to do that). The standard delivery charge was reasonable (just under £5) and The Ramp Factory confirmed the order and sent the invoice via email. It arrived the next day (could have been 2 or 3 days) and it was easily assembled and adjusted to account for the variations in the pavers on the patio. Its advantages are that it seems to be extremely robust and the rain goes through it because of the design, so you don't get puddles. My friend is delighted with it and says she uses it 4/5 times a day and sometimes just because she can! An excellent product and a good company to buy from.
