Absolute garbage! Took forever to receive it, then when I finally got it, it leaked water out the charging port. Contacted the company to return it, they won’t refund my money, they said they would send another one. I’m still waiting, haven’t received anything. I think cheap and scammy!

Ordered and never received, they refused to refund me or replace even with proof via photos/video the order was never delivered. DO NOT USE THEM, DO NOT TRUST A COMPANY that does that to their customers. They will not do the right thing and they will keep your money. Not worthy of 1 star.

I ordered a brush and it was sent back to the sender, I didn't get my money back. I am very sad. No customer service and I don’t have the product but paid for it.

Make sure you mix the oil with a little warm water, otherwise adding only oil will clog the steamer, and adding cold water will create a cold steam which won’t open up the hair follicles or help absorb the oil into your scalp. The massage and light works great.

Therabrush is definitely a scam I received my order and found no red light nor blue or steam. They charged me 65 dollars I will definitely contact my bank.

It's a scam/ fraud company
It's a scam company, didn't deliver my order within 15 days and then when it arrived the quality is sooo cheap! I paid 45£ for such a cheap quality product. The same product is available on eBay and Amazon for about 10£. They don't reply on time and at all. They product came from china and hen I asked them about the return then asked me to send it to UAS and from list of specific companies which charge 45£. This is pathetic. You can get the SAMEEE Thing on shien and eBay too for 8-10£

This company is a scam. Don’t belive what they say about 30 day return. I was super disappointed of their product, returned the brush, and never got my money back. I emailed customer service, no answer. I also bought their rosemary oil, and turns out there isnt even any rosemary in the oil. Its some sort of oil blend, and it feels watery and doesnt smell like rosemary at all. It’s clearly some counterfeit product. I can’t even believe this company is still alive by lying and scamming ppl like this.

Horrible Customer Service
I received my brush, but the steam doesn't work. I sent an email to the customer service address but no one has responded. Like most of the other reviews, it appears to be a common complaint regarding customer service.

Scam! Don’t buy! No customer service number. If you contact through email, you get an automated generic reply not addressing your issue. If you even get your order it will not work. Only way to get a refund is to dispute through your credit card. Total scam!!!

The company is a scam. Ordered by accident, tried to cancel within a few hours and they said no. Weeks later recieved a cheap brush that doesn’t even work. Paid shipping to return the lousy thing, now no refund. Will contact better business and discover and dispute . They recieved brush on Nov 27 and I have heard nothing. Stay clear of these scammers

Can I give Zero stars. Thera brush is a scam. I lost my money. They never sent me the product and won’t refund my money back. The worst customer service once you have placed the order. Guys there are so many other better options available in the market.

Not worth the money
Received the brush as indicated. But complained to the company that it used too much electricity at recharging that it couldn't pay to use it - and that my hairline was receding with use. Wanted a refund. They promised satisfaction garanteed or money back. Despite repeated e-mails, no response.
