Very accommodating staff. Ordered a hoodie but the size didn’t fit. We were close to the warehouse/office and they arranged a swap in person same day and also bought some cool items down to try. They went out of their way to be helpful and were super nice people. 10/10 would recommend.

Great service with fast delivery

I tried ordering the same cap (McLaren dark green new era cap) from New Era directly, they took my order for two caps and refunded it due to insufficient stock, I then tried to order just one cap and still, they refunded due to insufficient stock, why it was even on their website I don't know. I came to TheRaceWorks and they pulled through, whilst slightly more expensive than New era they actually had stock and delivered quickly and in sturdy packaging, I would use again and I would recommend.

I ordered a couple of McLaren items from The Race Works and they were delivered to me the day after. They are absolutely brilliant!! I would recommend them highly for anything Formula One related or any other sport for that matter!! I will definitely be buying from them again in the future.

The experience of ordering my product and everything involved was great, as expected. The problem was that I had to pay for customs fees to have the item delivered. Now, I understand that this is always a possibility when ordering from a different country, but at the same time I ordered these items (2 F1 hats), I ordered a couple of F1 hats from a different team, with the hats also originating from the UK, and no customs fees were charged for those hats. The prices were fairly similar, so, you can’t say that the other vendor added those fees on top of the price of the items, at least not significantly visibly. You sure could see how you could learn to do the same the other vendor did.
